Vincci properties in Barcelonès

I loved it here! The rooms are very nice and cosy. Clean too! The room service does a great job. They come at about 10-11 am every day, you can always ask them for something specific like don't make the bed, but wash the floor - no problem. If smth does not work, just tell the reception - they'll send someone to fix it soon enough. The staff is kind and friendly. I also had my breakfast here the entire week: great veggies and fruit, all sorts of pastry, ham, cheese - all fresh and what's cooked is done very well. That is me not even mentioning how great the inner yard view is when you're taking your morning coffee)) And make sure to check out the rooftop! Loved to sit there with my PC and work. A great place!

My room was close to the lift and hallway entrance, and could hear the music from the hotel lobby, which can be quite distracting. Noise cancellation in rooms could be better as any voices and cart pushing sounds from the hallway were quite loud. Room was generally clean and tidy. Slippers had to be requested and there was no iron in the room. Breakfast buffet was great, which starts at 7am.

Beautiful and stylish rooms. The breakfast was really good (with natural juices) as well as the atmosphere that Monica and Moises are giving to the place. Always with a sincere smile and willing to help. I was there for almost a week and I felt 100% home. One of the best hotels in Barcelona, location is perfect in a very quiet area yet close to everything , all staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and polite, room is so clean, comfortable bed and convenient space. I have been in for the last one year and on my honeymoon my husband and myself decided we wanna go back and stay there and the hotel surprised us with a bottles of champagne and fruit plate. Vincci Mae is our home in Barcelona. Room was clean and comfy, Breakfast is great value for money, the terrace is a luxury and in general every single staff smiled and made their best to provide the best quality service. We’ll be definitely be back, specially to your lovely terrace that is a hidden gem.

Everything was great except for the TV having no sound! The room was clean, and the breakfast was definitely the highlight. You can enjoy both à la carte and buffet options. The detox water and snacks at the front desk were also a nice touch! The location is excellent, and it's a stylish hotel. I'd love to stay here again.
