Great, comfortable and nice view. Although the placebis not so convenient, but the environment is very good

Excellent experience and view from my room. It was actually near to bus terminal.

The room is not bad but the location is not ideal. Require to walk really far for public transport.

Room was too small that there was hardly any space for two big suitcases

The tram station is 3 min from the hotel. It was really good access and very clean.

Very good hotel for the price asked. Clean, very warm, cozy, with great customer service. We also asked for a higher floor room which was available at the time and given to us right there, which we really appreciate! Will stay again!

There were many bugs in the room. At first, the staff said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t change my room, but after I showed them photos of the bugs, they finally gave me a different room. Also, due to heavy road noise, it was impossible to open the window. The check-in process took a very long time as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience

Very nice and comfortable place, located a little bit far from railway station, but closely to tram stop. They give you free ticket on public transport on reception desk and also they have a great breakfast!

Room: On the smaller side, not much space to open our small cabin sized luggages. No complimentary coffee, water or tea and kettler/coffeemaker are not provided. No daily room cleaning. Location: ~20mins to the city center via tram and stop is less than 5mins walk. Hotel provides Basel card which allows free unlimited tram rides for all guests in the room and discounted attraction fees.
