The hotel's location is very nice. The staff hardly speaks any language other than Georgian. The towels were dirty and shabby. And there were only slippers, shower gels, and shampoo among the disposable supplies. Also, the breakfast was announced to start at 8AM, however, it never did. The staff was arriving at 8AM and started bringing all the staff.

With my Girlfriend we stayed there for 2 Nights. Firstly we got dirty Room, sleeping ropes where dirty, on cupboard was used tissue and on glasses was WATER! "Maid Forgot to clean " was the response! But got new room without troubles On breakfast we had to wait 40 min to get it. People that came later and had the same breakfast set was serviced first! And the only response from waiter was "sorry". I totally not recommend this hotel to anyone. Regards, B.

Отличный отель, в самом центре города. Дружелюбный персонал, теплая обстановка, отличный завтрак. Там же на площади есть много ресторанов на любой вкус. Цены как в отеле так и в ресторанах очень приятные. Всем советую не пожалеете. Будете в Батуми советую там остановится.

Сам отель не плохо выглядит на первый взгляд, а по факту убитая дешёвая мебель, кроме тети которая меняет полотенца - персонала не найти. Завтраки: 6 вариантов яиц- которые Вам готовят по 50 минут и абсолютно безвкусно. Сервиса -0, Савок просто. Давно надо все освежить, персонал должен владеть хотя бы английским. Полотенца ужас рваный. 4 звезды не пойму откуда.из плюсов вид- он на фото. Еще и шумно и утром воняет
