We stayed in the Moose Room and it was delightful as was the rest of the lodge and the property. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Owners Bob and Jeanne are a wonderful host and hostess! Put this B & B on your bucket list! I am quite fussy and all my boxes were checked!

This amazing cabin retreat was just what we needed after some long days on the road and being up north doing winter hiking. Jeannie and Dave have created such a cozy getaway. Every where you look there is something cute and artsy that reflects the natural surroundings and wilderness the inn is built in. We booked the north woods room to access the jet tub for a nice soak. Our room was spacious and clean complete with a beautifully made quilt and view to the woods which was cool for wildlife watching. We had a nice time getting warm by the fire both in our room and in the common area where we watched a movie and enjoyed a provided dessert (and were watched by the bobcat mount!) The breakfast room on the main floor is an incredible spot to hang out in as the front row seat to nature while enjoying the homemade breakfast, which was excellent. You can tell this whole place is built and run from the heart. We would love to come back again!

The Inn was a perfect place for our honeymoon. The room was adorable quiet and comfortable. They had all the amenities we needed including" Bath and Body Works" soap and lotion. The breakfasts and desserts were delicious and Dave and Jeannie couldn't have been nicer. We took walks around the property every morning. The trails were lovely. Hope to be back for our anniversary!

This is such a beautiful place to stay. The hosts are so accommodating and nice. The inn is a large beautiful log cabin with so many places to either socialize or be by yourself to enjoy the beauty of nature. The gardens are so pretty!. You will be very happy you chose to stay here. We certainly were!!

Our stay at Horton Creek Inn exceeded expectations! Dave & Jeannie were the perfect hosts. The breakfasts were delicious, the outside grounds were perfectly maintained & beautiful, the house was immaculate & well supplied. It was very relaxing and we would definitely want to stay there again. Loved it!

Horton Creek Inn was a great place to celebrate our anniversary! The beauty and hospitality we’re superb. It was peaceful, luxurious and very clean. The gardens are so well kept and full of beauty. We enjoyed walking through them as well as just sitting in the swing outside our walk out doors to admire them. Our hosts, Jennie and Dave were very friendly and served us magnificent breakfasts. Again the beauty at our breakfast room was so inviting. We had a great view of the yard and several birds eating nearby. The woodpecker was fun to watch. The decor and atmosphere of the house was relaxing. Not only were our rooms themed in decor depicting the whole up north feeling, but so were the lounging areas andthe entire home. I couldn’t find anything to complain about here at shorting Creek Inn. I would highly recommend and I’m hoping to return soon!

This was my first visit , and I was amazed by the beautiful landscaping and how peaceful I felt there. The grounds are lush and full of colors, and I spent a lot of time just reading and birdwatching! My room was so cozy and comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, and the hosts friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to when I can come back!

This was our third trip and we will be back! The home and grounds are wonderful. The amazing breakfast is always a great way to start the day. Jeannie and Dave are very accommodating and friendly hosts. Wish we could just live here! And, the birds at the feeders and the frogs in the pond...you'll want to check them out also!

This is a lovely B & B and you won't be disappointed. It is located in quiet woods and you can watch all the birds from the breakfast room while you dine. The breakfasts are superb, a team effort by your hosts Dave and Jeannie (who also makes a killer dessert for guests every night. The gardens are beautiful and a very nice swimming pool is a great way to cool off. Dave and Jeanie are very attentive and want to be sure you have an excellent stay. This is one of the best B & B's we have stayed in and if we return to the area we will stay with them again.
