到攜程達到鉑金會員，國內國外住了大大小小的酒店，從來沒給過差評，今天是第一次，原因是這家店的服務態度和落實客户的權益這些方面都是沒有達到預期的水平.
首先我們是閃住，不需要按金，讓交了100我們也沒説什麼，第二天返回來95，説是因為用了實名寶扣掉5元（在此之前沒有任何人跟我們提過，第二天我們人走了之後直接就扣走了）
第二，我們是鉑金會員專屬權益兑換了次日14:00的延遲退房，結果中午11點就收到前台電話，告知我們12:00要退房。
第三，鉑金權益裏寫了有一個價值5元的果盤，本人並沒有見到這個所謂的果盤，也沒有人提起，本來這件事發生之前我們沒有想要這個，可是今天找你方客服詢問，得到的是一句一句的回懟，所以這個我們也希望可以不要虛假宣傳，既然我拿出證據之前什麼都不承認，我也要維護一下這個權益。
第四，關於酒店本身：窗户為單層，外面過往大車聲音以及風聲聽的一清二楚，門口有人路過或者隔壁關門也能聽清，空調暖風吹的是冷風。門口車位到了夜晚也是寥寥無幾，未發現獨立停車場。
這就是我對此次入住的全部評價。沒有給最差的評價是因為在我多次據理力爭的情況下有一點道歉的苗頭。但這並不代表可以欺人。

房間設施非常陳舊，房間衞生差，灰塵堆積，靠近路邊很吵鬧，衞生洗漱用品（浴巾，毛巾）烏漆麻黑，不建議入住！

前台服務耐心認真，整體環境不錯，在這鎮子裏算是最好的了。房間比較寬敞，設施齊全，椅子坐着舒服，床也睡着較舒服。推薦來勝芳的選擇這兒。
