The Cabins at Pine Haven - Beckley

Smallest queen bed I've ever experienced in master bedroom. Mattress should have been replaced - had a sloped center. Initially, property was hard to find because there isn't a sign on Airport Road directing you toward the property, nor is the turn off road marked with a street sign. Turn off road is adjacent to a construction equipment staging lot which caused me to drive past it. GPS doesnt work in this step terrain either.

The location was amazing- close to everything yet still private. The cabin itself was nice. I suggest they get more comfortable furniture and roof over the hot tub. And maybe add a community pool for the pine haven occupants.

Cabins at Pine Haven was a great home base for exploring New River National Park. Cute, well kept cabins: very clean and comfortable; quiet and peaceful. Lots of outdoor activities on property...bocce, snookball, volleyball, disc golf, horseshoes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area!

I have stayed here several times in different cabins over several years. For quick couple's getaway or fun weekend with the kids. Always clean, always friendly staff. Love the decor of cabins. Each cabin having its own hot tub is big plus. This location is my "go to" when I need to stay in Beckley.

The cabin and surrounding property exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spacious and inviting. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay while exploring the New River Gorge area.

We were very impressed with this place. We rented a 2-BR 2-bath housekeeping cabin (The 19th Green; they all have names and themes, and the theme of this one was golfing.) Nothing fancy, typical cabin decor, but it felt well-maintained. It was clean, pleasant, roomy for four (it sleeps six, but at that point it would start feeling a bit tight I think) and there were some very nice little extra touches. They provide wood pellets for the wood stove, for instance, and dishwasher pods. The hot tub was running and the TV turned on when we arrived. Before we arrived we were a little leery about the location, because we could see from the map it's less than a mile from a small area of ***** malls, restaurants, gas stations, etc., but once you turn onto the property it feels like you're out in the woods, has the feel of a state park campground. It was handy having the ***** mall so nearby as it contains a Kroger and a Walgreens, so you don't need to feel like you have to do a major shop. Kitchen is well-equipped, with a full size fridge, range, and dishwasher, plus washer/dryer (didn't see any pods for that). Adequate pots and pans, ample dishes and cooking utensils.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our cabin in the woods at Pine Haven. We could tell that much care and consideration was taken to make us feel welcome. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked for our two night stay. The hot tub was super nice to relax in and the pellet fire stove was a nice touch for the Fall weather. We highly recommend and would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! Our only complaint was, since we are tall, a king size bed instead of the queen would be nice.

We had a wonderful two night stay at one of the cabins. We enjoyed the hot tub and did our own cooking in the kitchen of the cabin. It was very quiet at this cabin, which we loved. Everything was clean at the cabin we stayed in and we had no issues at all. We would definitly stay here again if we plan another WV trip!

For access to the New River Gorge National Park, Cabins at Pine Haven would be hard to beat - especially since we were traveling with our dog. Our cabin was immaculately clean and the hot tub was a welcome surprise on a cool evening following a day of hiking in the park. This place was a real find for us.
