I took my children to participate in a competition in Shunyi District and chose the Four Seasons Hotel that I have always trusted. The service was very good, the room was clean, the big bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was also rich, and there was Nanmen Shabu-Shabu next to it, so you don't have to queue up in the city to eat. There is also a barbecue in the yard that tastes good and is convenient.

Since it was a transfer, I stayed in this hotel which was relatively close to the airport. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. It was a great experience and I will come again next time!

There is Nanmen Shabu-shabu when you go out, which is very convenient. The laundry room and the gym are together, and the facilities are simple but basically sufficient. The service was good in the first few days, but on the last day, they called to urge me to check out from 11:45, and they said it was overtime at 12:15, and I was still eating lunch in the room. It was really annoying to be urged over and over again. I clearly booked on Ctrip and the check-out time showed 14:00. I asked the front desk whether it was confirmed that it was 12 o'clock. The front desk was sure that it was 12 o'clock. I quickly packed my luggage and checked out to vacate the room, so as not to stay in someone else's room like ***. But I really want to know, I am a Ctrip Diamond member and a Huazhu Club Gold member, and I have the right to check out at 14 o'clock. Why do they keep urging me to check out at 12 o'clock? I had a good impression of the white-haired guy at the front desk when I checked in and the girl at the front desk who took me to the laundry room. After staying for four days, I was disgusted by the last front desk. They need to improve their professionalism. If you are not sure about something, you can say to confirm it before replying. There is no need to be mysteriously confident.

The room was very nice, but the air conditioning was not very good, and I ended up having to sleep with the window open because it was a bit noisy outside.

Arrived at around 10pm. It’s only about 10 minutes’ drive from the airport. It was upgraded. The room was very bright and clean. I had a good rest.
