After the flood last year, I have been talking about coming to Shidu. Along the way, there are large trucks working during the flood season, and almost all the scenic spots I had planned are gone. There are not many places to play along the way, and it is dusty and smokey. It will take some time for Shidu Scenic Area to recover to its past prosperity. But it is worth mentioning that this Jiuli B&B is very good. The environment, service, style, and details are all online, especially the souvenirs given by the boss when leaving the store, which is an absolute surprise.

I didn't want to go out of Beijing to join the traffic during the May Day holiday, so I chose to go to Shidu to experience the small landscape. I didn't expect that all the scenic spots were closed because of the fear of too many people. Fortunately, the homestay we chose to stay in gave us a surprise. The overall white shape, clean and tidy rooms, and the hospitable owner made people happy from the beginning. I like the terrace on the third floor the most, with a 360-degree view of the landscape of Shidu. And the food here, whether it is stir-fry or self-service barbecue, is very delicious. A total of four meals in two days were all solved here. I will come again next time if I have the chance!
