酒店設施和十年前沒區別，單人房沒有全身鏡沒有熱風衞生間乾濕不分離，而且整個房間燈超暗，本來想笑一下蒜了結果突然發現床上那！麼！大！一個蟑螂對我揮舞雙須say hello，看起來我還在發評論其實我已經走了有一會了😇從來沒給酒店打過五分以下，第一個送給京濱飯店🌹唯一好的就是阿姨很友善，這個3給阿姨

聽説是哈爾濱駐京辦，都2023年了，從來沒住過設施這麼舊，條件這麼差的酒店，就是80年代老舊招待所的樣子，走廊裏黑乎乎的，住店人慘兮兮的都要哭出來了，第二天就退房逃到旁邊的國賓酒店去了。硬件太落後了，不過酒店服務員的態度還是不錯的。

酒店工作人員服務還不錯，態度挺好有求必應，辦理入住退房的速度也很快。不過衞生還應該做的再細緻點兒，入住兩晚地毯上的瓜子皮配了我兩晚，房間裏面煙味兒挺大的。

京濱賓館位置在阜城路上，地鐵站5分鐘距離，二樓的哈爾濱餐廳太地道了，還有美味的馬迭爾冰激凌，有榴蓮味和朗姆酒。

第一次在這個酒店住宿，從前台到樓層服務都特別優秀，而且衞生也特別乾淨，設施設備雖然老舊，但乾淨好用。房間還配送了小吃，讓人感覺很温馨，下次還會再來，希望能保持現有水平！
