the ladies that cleaned the room were lovely!! every time I left my room and saw them, I was greeted with a smile and 你好. The staff at the reception was welcoming and the place was quiet. I really liked this hotel and I will book it again. It made my staying in Beijing very welcoming :-) the location is also very quiet, nice café and restaurants nearby. Very friendly neighborhood !!
