前台服務絕了，第一次寫評價，11點26分開始不停的打座機打手機催退房，美其名曰問要不要續房，因為不懂問金卡不是2點退房嗎人不舒服等下就走了，不行，一個電話掛了，第二個電話一位女士前台服務員來電話，直接因為幾點退房不是在官方平台訂不享受會員服務，直接就和客户爭論起來了，還一定要爭論個輸贏不然不罷休，不管客户是不是人不舒服，問題是都還沒到正常12點退房時間呢，我是客人，不是你們的員工，不需要你們來教我什麼，好了説要去官方較真，問名字叫什麼也不説，就説等下店長回電話，合著我沒事一早上就接你們電話和你們爭論是吧？！ 態度極其惡劣特別是那個前台電話不説名字的妹子，是不是我還要感謝你，住了3次一個月內，前面兩次也是很早就提前退房樂，還是沒停的電話問，接了一個換一個人再打，你們工作不交接不溝通嗎？！一副就是趾高氣揚，打死都是對方錯的樣子，絕了！

非常不好的體驗
1. 睡午覺噪音非常大，外部噪音，走廊裏的噪音就沒有停過，就像有人在打架，不停的是服務員在大聲的敲不同房間的門 “您好，服務員”不絕於耳
2. 投屏連不上，非常久的問題一直都沒有解決
3. 房間的電話也是壞的，根本聯繫不了前台，前台也聯繫不上
4. 前台入住態度也是比較一般
5. 機器人送餐上樓是我住過所有酒店裡最慢的
6. 清潔人員非常粗魯，敲門聲能把門敲散架
最後建議如果在昌平入住一定不要選這家，桔子酒店，全季都好一些。
