酒店離西客站進站口衹有50米，實在是方便。房間裝修的簡潔時尚，重要的是不僅有中央空調還有室內的分體空調，北京的3月底，有這個十分温暖。服務方面也非常好，外賣送到大堂，然後機器人兒送到房間，那個機器人兒一路走一路嘮嘮叨叨，可愛。沒有房卡不能進電梯，很安全。總之十分滿意的一次住店經歷

衞生一般，環境也一般，沒有前幾天剛剛到北京住的酒店好，有洗衣房，但還要自己買洗衣粉，上次住的那個酒店這些都有免費提供，用的浴巾那些都是壞的，除了離火車站近沒有其他優點

去之前看了大家的評論，好壞都有，心裏還是有些忐忑的，但是自己真正入住之後才發現，評論裏的各種情況自己並沒有遇到。首先服務態度很好，有任何問題都是及時處理，其次房間跟圖片看到的一模一樣，衞生也很乾凈，每天都按照顧客的要求打掃，最後就是我比較擔心的車站嘈雜問題，事實上根本沒有。總之交通便利、早餐種類較為豐富，整體入住感受良好。如果一定要提一點建議，那就是洗漱用品可以再升級下。
