上次去吃了下午茶。這次是體驗了全套。週末沒地方去就各種去住酒店。
服務很好，早餐和下午茶是在中餐廳。早餐是半自助的，吃的很舒服。下午茶是一套的，季節限定。我居然忘了服務員的名字！（她記得我們，以前也在牛扒房做過，也認識Nacho）
週末才有的半自助brunch在文華扒房。很nice。強烈推薦他家的烘焙，一拿上來就是黃油香，可頌是記憶中的味道，不是現在那種甜膩膩的。悄悄説，brunch有甜點自助，不追求限定是可以吃到甜點房的東西的。Nacho團隊很給力！Cici開朗和Brian穩重！很棒的團隊。

週末家人過生日想想北京郊區都住差不多了疫情三年實在沒地方去把京郊酒店住一溜夠。這次選了北京王府井東方文華MO。先説位置那是絕佳，雖然在北京生活幾十年了也沒'住過王府井，從酒店今年清楚看到人民大會堂 故宮 等地標建築。酒店去天安門看升旗什麼的的或故宮 王府井商業街都方便，適合親子游不浪費時間和體力。酒店就在王府中環上面 購物吃飯都方便，對面有哈姆雷斯北京最大的玩具店和王府井商業街。
服務：酒店checkin 後有帥哥帶領進房間，介紹酒店設施，由於是過生日來的酒店還給免費升級了房型並聽説小朋友下午有午睡習慣給我們安排了延遲退房，服務沒得説。特別是前台管家Alex Nana Jeff Lenny專業温馨的服務。
吃：酒店扒房有西餐 有brunch。酒店中餐是一家叫紫善的中餐廳，我們吃了一頓 菜品沒得説，早餐是半自助也是在紫善。
北京第二家MO也快開了，就在前門以四合院為主題，期待下次體驗。

文化東方的硬件沒話説 雅緻而精美 還特地為佈置了玫瑰花和氣球 軟件更是做到了完美 尤其是禮賓部的Jeremy小田 為這次出行做到了極致的耐心貼心服務 全程安排好所有的細節 為我們的旅途提供了全觸點的超級滿意體驗 哪怕離店去機場 小田都在悉心的安排並跟進 無論是否當班 都圍繞着我們的需求 盡全力提供幫助 真的太超出預期了 非常感謝Jeremy的幫助 也感謝文華東方的每一位員工 希望扇子越來越好

北京最後一晚選擇了王府井文華東方酒店，一進入酒店就感受到工作人員的熱情接待，他們一直陪伴我們到了房間，給我們介紹了酒店的設施及贈送給我們的一些禮品，讓我感受到濃濃的春節氛圍，我們品嚐了水果及甜點後去餐廳享用了酒店贈送的套餐，絕不是敷衍的免費小食，而是滿滿的一大桌，味道也是非常可口，晚上我和老公來到期待已久的酒吧，味道也是很到位的，後來我們喝的很盡興點了好幾杯特色雞尾酒，在這裏的每一位在崗的服務人員都是熱情滿滿的，最後特別感謝Alex Nana Lenny三位的熱情接待，還給了我們紀念品真的非常用心，以後首選我還是會選擇文華東方，實至名歸的用心對待每一位住店的客人！
