服務姿態強硬，服務態度極差，服務能力低下！
本人提前預訂該酒店，晚上凌晨入住時，因我身份證恰好丟失，最近都是用網上身份證或電子身份證入住的，但在該酒店登記入住時，拒絕讓我入住，也拒絕退款，一副耍**的惡劣姿態。但事實情況是，北京市酒店入住，是可以通過掃描“北京市旅館業無證核驗”二維碼進行登記入住的，該情況也已經跟其旁邊酒店的如家、全季、維也納等酒店都進行過確認。但其就是不讓我入住，且可笑的是希望其酒店經理協調時，經理竟讓我去攜程協調退款，而不是如何幫助我入住。
並且酒店連個前台都沒有，竟然還是保安接待！
總結：
1.該酒店管理混亂：接待竟然用保安接待，連前台都沒有；
2.該酒店服務意識匱乏：根本不懂什麼叫服務客户，沒有人站在客户角度幫助其入住，一副愛住不住的姿態，從領導到下屬一個樣；
3.該酒店服務能力低下：從經理到前台到保安，沒有一個人協助客户進行網上登記，或者連這塊的知識都不具備；
4.該酒店不知反思：將情況反饋給攜程後，攜程與其前台、經理溝通，均拒絕攜程的溝通，姿態高傲。
祝，早日倒閉！

房間很小，進門就是榻榻米，床更小，還沒連鎖酒店大床大，一家三口根本睡不開，枕巾發黃，加了床被子，跟我説沒有被套，被套都拿去洗了還沒送回來，馬桶扔了張紙就堵了，7點找人來通馬桶，説是服務員8點上班才能來。謹慎選擇吧，房間門如圖

房間牆上、櫃子上有很多灰塵，房間裏面沒有熱水。酒店比較破舊，感覺一般般，不太好，總體來説，將就一下也能住😂。

房間不錯，樓下四合院，樓上也有房子，還有書架和老照片欣賞，可以聊天喝茶喝咖啡，牛街就在附近，地鐵站也方便。

距離牛街及牛街地鐵站均在1公里左右，交通方便。酒店為北京傳統四合院風格，大堂二樓的書吧不錯，可以看書、飲茶，適合休閑、流連。酒店備有停車場，但停車位不多。不提供早餐，事實上也不需要，牛街附近餐飲足夠多，步行10分鐘可達紫光園，各類北京風味早餐應有盡有，支持自助點餐。酒店房間較寬敞，衞生狀況有待改進。

酒店整體風格古典，地理位置優越，交通便利，附近有地鐵站和公交站，對於遊客來説非常方便，可以更好地探索這座城市房間，員工們非常友善，樂於助人，總是能及時滿足我的需求。房間設施齊全，房間內乾淨舒適，床鋪很舒服，公共區域和設施同樣也都很乾凈，給人的感覺很舒適，酒店的安保服務也很好，很好的保障了客人的人身安全和財產安全，值得推薦👍👍👍
