Very satisfied, especially the front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The flight was delayed and I wanted to stay in the hotel for an extra hour (check out after 3 pm). The hotel front desk said it was fine as long as it was convenient for me. Thank you so much. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Beijing by plane. It has been many years.
