Convenient location. Ok breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great service. Free hot spring. Got to pay for the massage but masseuses are very professional and good.

Beautiful , spacious and clean family room. The design of the inn is unique and cosy. Stay here is very relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars!!

Beautiful hotel, location is good to walk through all Water Town, the breakfast could be improved by offering more dishes, for example noodles. Very nice rooms and great environment.

地理位置比較方便，客棧對面就是遊客服務中心
唯一缺點是:房間偏小，通風不是很好，所以衞生間有一丟味道
古北水鎮景區雙人門票:可以多次出入（需要錄入面部系統）

不錯的酒店，喜歡它的佈局，十分温馨，雖然在景區外，但有擺渡車也是很方便，酒店的特權就是二次還能進入景區，前台服務熱情，還給升級了早餐，會推薦給朋友

先説優點：第一就是房間比較大，住着舒服；第二景區自營的客棧送景區門票、温泉、擺渡車免費乘坐，這些都非常方便，尤其是入住期間景區無限次進出 特別好；第三：早餐雖然種類比較少，但每一樣做得味道還不錯，挺好吃的，早餐價格也不貴，小孩單加早餐28元，挺值的；第四，位置就在景區門口，比較方便，我個人感覺挺好的，景區裏面的客棧應該會吵鬧一點吧，這裏挺不錯；第五：服務態度挺好的，缺什麼東西一個電話很快就送到 。
再説缺點：一是衞生做得不太好，住了兩天，第二天我們玩完回來發現衹是把垃圾給到了，地、桌子沒擦，被子也沒給疊；二是洗漱用品得打電話要，要一個給一個，剛入住時沒太注意，晚上刷牙發現沒有牙刷、沒有梳子，打電話要給送了牙刷牙膏和一把梳子，第二天玩完回來也沒有給更換新的，也沒有刮鬍刀、棉簽等酒店標配的東西。
另外説一下古北水鎮，雖説是人造景區，但景色不錯，我比較喜歡。
