首先感謝前台xu zi xia和一個戴眼鏡的小姑娘非常熱情及周到的接待，餐食也還不錯，這使我辦理入住時心態緩和了些。其次我要吐槽一下，當時天色很晚門口沒有車位，聽了門僮的停到了地庫裏面，地庫是不可以電梯直達大堂的但是電梯裏是有標誌的，然後地庫上到一層有個不知門僮還是安保感覺是新人問了半天哪裡有大堂電梯答不出來最後是餐廳的服務人員告知的。作為一個準五星的酒店，吃早餐的時候服務人員很多但卻沒有領位的。房間裏的床上用品略顯潮濕。希望早日掛牌喜來登品質能再上一層！

房間乾淨整潔，設施很新，因為我們是家庭出行，三個大人一個小孩，在沒有家庭房的情況下酒店很貼心的給加了床，還親自給安裝好，鋪好床鋪，服務特別周到。此外，禮賓部的小李，前台服務尹小姐，范小姐，孫小姐也特別細心周到。早餐特別豐盛，飯菜質量很好，這是酒店的一大亮點。五一期間，酒店設計了親子活動，還給寶貝贈送了小驚喜！😀

第二次入住，整體環境沒什麼變化，仍舊有些冷清，這家酒店有些奇怪，結合點評説説自己的感受。
優點：
1.酒店整體設計感十分強烈，毗鄰中國電影旅遊拍攝基地，緊扣酒店名稱中的“影人”主題，電影元素可以説是遍佈酒店各處，很前衞時尚，大堂中庭的懸空原型卡座十分有新意，孩子很喜歡，酒店電梯地面有顯示屏可以變換動畫，我見過的酒店裡獨一份。
2.入住房間的雙床房是1米4的尺寸，是我見過的最大號尺寸，而且床下有滾輪，移動便捷，對於有拼床需求的二孩家庭，這兩點組合在一起非常友好舒適，這裏要點一個大大的贊。
3.房間內部如前所述，有着較強的設計感，一個是空間設計，衣物行李收納全部內置到洗漱間，整個屋子顯得利落整潔；一個是設施設計，洗手枱盆和卧室內的電視牆一側，都運用了黑色鐵質管材構建組合架，並點綴電影探照燈元素，風格獨樹一幟質感十足，懸空玻璃質寫字枱下方可以容納最大號的旅行箱開箱；大號淋浴頭水量充沛而舒適。
4.入住房間視野開闊，正對“中國電影旅遊拍攝基地”，能夠看到基地內的仿古街和按照序號排列的攝影棚，不知道現在是否開放，幾年前去過一次還是值得一逛的。
5.酒店的泳池20米*7.5，足夠大，入住當天人也不多。
6.早餐出乎意料的不錯，預訂訂單包含兩份早餐，帶着兩個孩子進入也沒有阻攔，餐廳不太大，環境優雅，品類比較齊全，口味不錯，裝炒菜的小銅鍋同樣很有設計感，工作人員都很和藹，顧客不多的情況下我們這桌感覺成了VIP，另外，咖啡機提供一次性咖啡杯，能夠打完咖啡帶走喝，這點很人性化。
不足：
1.就是比較冷清，相應的有些環節準備不足，入住的時候趕上一個會議，衹有一個前台辦理，需排長隊；
2.酒店裡很多設施處於半關閉狀態，如大堂吧枱、康體中心、桌球室等等，上一次入住還有一處小型的親子場地這次也沒有開放，還是和客流量有關；
3.地庫停車場不大（這個客流量也基本有位置），導引不夠清晰去往酒店的指示不明顯，從停車場到大堂這段路比較長還需要進行電梯換乘。
4.早餐，九點多就餐，部分菜品有些涼。
5.地理位置一般，距離懷柔一些重要景點距離都要超過半小時車程，周邊配套商業較少，個人覺得這一點是十分影響客流量的。此外“中國電影旅遊拍攝基地”的開發也對酒店的發展至關重要。
6.酒店的定位有些模糊，是面向商務還是親子呢？感受不清楚
綜上，就入住體驗來説，性價比很高，對於二孩家庭尤其友好，過節期間價格也比較穩定。個人建議親子游純住酒店不太適合，週六在懷柔其他景點玩完再入住這裏休息，是比較不錯的選擇。

首先這是一家很有怎麼説呢，很仗義的酒店，十一期間沒有像其他酒店那樣漲價幾倍幾倍的，所以這點必須點個贊。
酒店是以電影為主題的，標誌性的標識是照片裏的幾個雕塑，很有意思，我閨女睡覺前還非要再去看看他們！
酒店環境不錯，服務也很好，入住不必擔心這兩點。
唯一要説的就是早餐吧，感覺準備的不是很充分，九點半就有很多東西沒有了，比如説豆腐腦，而且十點閉餐也不會再提供了，這一點就不太符合這麼大一家酒店的調性了！
總之還是一家體驗非常不錯的酒店！
