Great location, poor service and cleanliness. Basic room with normal amentiies but it was filled with mosquitoes and a spill had happened in the hallway so the floors were wet, with many dirty blankets left in the hallway. The girls at the desk were not able to provide help or direction even with translators. Otherwise, the location is ideal but hotel is not.

The service desk ladies were not attentive. The room is super small for 15-18 m². They toilet is smaller than a plane's cabin toilet.
The plus point is the location near to Donsi and Zhangzhizhong Lu metro

The rooms smell like smoke, the beds are very comfortable and the location es really good, many places to eat around.

We got a free upgrade to a room with windows. The room was clean and spacious and we could comfortably select our own temperature.

房間不錯，就是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，看起來蠻乾淨的，行李太多了，前台小姐姐還幫忙拿上樓，非常感謝。附近吃的也多，雍和宮就再直走過兩個紅綠燈，一公里左右吧，不遠。nice
