Shanshui Hotel

First of all, the environment in this area and price is generally acceptable to me. The location is very good. It is right outside the Joy City. The service is really 1 point. I got up in the morning and prepared to wash my hair. I found that the four bottles were all shower gel and no shampoo. I called the room service attendant. The eldest sister came over and I said there was no shampoo, so she went to get it for me. After she brought it over, she asked me that it was impossible that I didn’t have shampoo. I said, why don’t you come in and check for yourself whether there are four shower gels. The eldest lady wearing glasses came in. After checking, I took away two more bottles of shower gel. I was so drunk that I didn’t know how much this small bottle of shower gel was worth. We didn’t use one bottle anyway, as if we owed her money.

The hotel has a strategic location and convenient transportation. It is suitable for watching the flag raising and visiting the Forbidden City. It's very close to the subway station and easy to take a taxi. The hotel's security measures are good and it feels very reliable. The cleaning lady is also very diligent. She put up a cleaning sign and cleaned it after having a meal. The space is large, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for a family trip. It would be better if there was breakfast.

The location is excellent, but the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. During the Spring Festival, the price can be considered reasonable. It is very convenient to eat and shop around.

The room is very old. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in. Please avoid it.

The room size is okay, the facilities are too old, the hygiene is not clean, and the bathtub in the toilet is leaky. I really should reinstall it.

酒店地點離西單大悦城、北京君太很近，西單地鐵站也在附近，十分鐘的路程；客房服務人員態度很好，有需求，反應很快；唯一美中不足的是酒店的設施確實有點舊了，但也不是不能接受的那種，畢竟這個地段，這種價位，我個人覺得是可以的，旅行經費有限的客人，我是推薦的

高考期間訂的高考房，店裡一聽是高考房直接把退房時間延到3點，十分貼心，酒店儘管年頭久了點，但位置很好，緊挨大悦城，離考點走路幾分鐘，進出方便，需要注意的是北京酒店不提供洗漱用品，自己要帶好

房間比較大，感覺像酒店曾經的奢華，就在西單商場旁邊，逛商場非常方便
