We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and everything was great! The room is well maintained and clean, and the bathroom is brand new. The staff speaks mostly Chinese but thanks to mobile apps communication is not too hard. Breakfast is a mix between local and western style but good quality. Metro station is about 5 minutes from the hotel entrance, specially if you enter through the nearby mall.

- Staff extremely helpful and welcoming - go above and beyond to help with local information, taxis, package deliveries etc

設施完備衞生很好，關鍵是客服服務態度非常好，帶着小朋友很用心，送小童餐送禮品。離市中心非常近，出行吃飯方便。以後有機會來北京首選他們家

酒店工作人員很熱情，房間雖然不大，但整潔乾淨，設施齊全，就是房間隔音一般，不過好在酒店在衚衕裏，周邊比較安靜，環境不錯。離地鐵站衹有幾分鐘，出門就是銀泰，對面就是王府井步行街，特別方便。

非常非常有味道的四合院，左宗棠的故居。帶娃會提供小童用品，也贈送了兩份好吃又營養豐富的早餐。關鍵，離開故宮特別近！

酒店位置非常好，出門就是王府井步行街，去故宮天安門走路騎車都很方便，環境宜人，鬧中取靜，早上起來後聽不到外面的喧鬧。非常適合帶娃親自旅遊，可以體驗北京胡同和老院子的風格，而且院子相對封閉，娃可以隨意在院子裏自己玩，不用擔心安全問題，就是蚊子有些多，要隨時關好窗門。工作人員熱情友善，每天早上早餐時給的一杯冰拿鐵真的是make my day！

房間小巧精緻，院子清凈安逸，出門銀泰上聽戲，商場裏購物，虛擬穿越北京，夜間王府井步行街逛逛，吃吃，買買。
重點是婧小院裏的小哥哥小姐姐服務貼心，見我坐在樹下打盹，很快就來點上艾條和蚊香，還有香濃美式咖啡，院子裏還有一位80歲的奶奶，坐在輪椅上收拾院子裏的落葉，精心投喂院子裏的小鳥，小貓，還有烏龜，此時此景，心無比寧靜

嚴格來説這家算名宿吧，衹有14間房。感覺像私人開的酒店，院子裏一直停了兩輛私家車，我以為是旅客的，一問説是老闆的車。這家店以前是左宗棠的府邸，看着像府邸的傭人房😅不是那種四合院，就是一排小單間。房間不大，設施很一般，電視的系統、網速很慢，打開的時候總要卡一會、按遙控器的時候反應也慢。這方便需要升級！仔來説説優點：一樓很接地氣。交通方便，就在王府井。去故宮騎車就可以了。服務也不錯，早飯特別好吃，健康清淡，比大酒店的自助早餐好吃多了！表揚做早飯的阿姨！我覺得適合家庭住。可以洗衣服曬衣服。院子裏有晾衣架、陽光很足。不像其他酒店洗衣服沒地方曬。還送了一小罐茶葉很好吃。這家整體還可以。（ps.老闆態度有點兇，希望可以跟住店的客人稍微和善點🥹）
