My family (3 year old and 1 year old) and I loved the stay here! The front desk was so helpful and worked hard to communicate with us and make us feel welcome. We ate 2 meals here - a dinner and breakfast buffet. Both were delicious. The room was fun - the kids like the giant stuffed animals. They also left us a fruit tray as a snack.
The children’s play area (ticket required) was fun. The children loved it. The farm animals looked healthy and well cared for. We played for 5-6 hours. Langyue spa was fun and relaxing for everyone. It was very good for kids to play — I wanted to stay longer, but the kids were tired after so much play. Haha. We live in Beijing and will definitely visit again for a fun and easy staycation with the family. Thank you!

花園式酒店，環境好，房間也好，衞生間挺大也乾淨，唯一就是馬桶的水箱有點不太好用。服務好。中餐廳的菜品味道很好

環境優美，早餐豐富，裏面的星奇Day親子樂園，有個小動物園，還有屋外各種大小滑梯、各種户外拓展，可玩性挺好，小孩子能玩大半天。
酒店裡的酒店泳池要收費。

酒店非常大，園區環境很好，有很大的湖，小動物，很適合散步跑步。房間確實比較老不過也乾淨整潔，就是晚上燈光有點暗。淡季的原因，中午晚上餐廳目前衹有一個，味道還不錯。早餐品種不算特別多，不過也算符合預期

上次去是2014，當時印象很好，這次去衹能呵呵。山寨clubmed還沒山好，喪失了自己本來的優勢。
先説不好：設備維護太差了，公眾號訂房單元沒人維護顯示“投訴太多”。攜程的詢問留言無人回覆。定的私湯房，裏面的乾濕蒸都是壞的，經過詢問，所有10間房都是壞的。無人維修。湯池裡麪發現石榴籽，和長頭髮，這是次日第二泡泡出來的，所以可想而知沉積了多久。房間壁紙開裂印水。私湯房在湯泉樓上，賣泳衣那個小賣部後面上去，需要上三段樓梯，無電梯。腿腳不便的千萬別定。外面小童樂園項目都很雞肋，大人650，小童550的一家全包也很雞肋。
日餐廳可能倒閉了，説是一年沒開了，中餐廳全程和兩衹蒼蠅共舞。味道很奇怪價格越貴的菜反而不好吃，比如一個和牛粒，便宜家常菜做的還不錯、比如疙瘩湯葱花餅。
辦理入住時，感覺這邊銷售模式可能是散裝銷售自己發展下線，不可置否這種銷售模式，反正感覺菜市場論墩兒搓，現在能看到早餐自助台下掉落的香腸，吃完的瓜皮直接放在水果餐枱的夾子邊，一邊試吃一邊夾菜，自助早餐站你旁邊等位逼着你趕緊吃的（早餐人多但是前台沒啥管理直接一股腦兒往裡放人……還有往樓道里摔鼻涕的……
好的：服務人員都很熱情，很負責。態度好，主動問候。
ps：入住私湯房有個歡迎功夫茶。茶品質還意外不錯
ps：之前看點評有人吐槽早餐咖啡要花錢，其實不對。有鮮煮咖是免費，門口水台那裡有個現磨機子是35一杯。

十一期間入住，很糟糕的體驗，在攜程訂房這麼多年，頭一次寫這麼多
訂房的時候不知道房價不含温泉票，之前住過的其他温泉酒店都是含的，而且不但温泉必須單獨買票，游泳館也必須買温泉票才能進，真是奇葩
進了房間更是失望，一進門就一股煙味，打開窗户和空調、門，放了半天都不行，後來跟客服要了空氣凈化器，一直開了一下午，到了晚上才稍微好點。
房間的燈暗得不行，一同訂了兩間房，一間燈管比較亮，我住那間明顯是年久失修燈管瓦數不夠而且老化，問前台，前台説“我們酒店就是暖光”，拜託暖光不等於暗好嗎？當住客是**嗎？這個託詞未必太糊弄人了吧？從走廊一過明顯看到大部分房間燈光是正常亮度，而我那間房昏暗的像**一樣。
後來來了個大姐説，我們正在批量更換燈管，你們這間還沒換呢……總算有人説句實話
中餐廳吃飯，進了門沒有服務員管，自己找座位，點菜時發現好幾個服務員都是第一天上崗，問菜品都不知道。
温泉的服務員也像頭一天上崗。
親子樂園牌子上明明寫着套票和單獨購票價格，我們想單獨購買其中一個的，結果告知我們衹能買套票。
整個酒店房間設施陳舊，紗窗壞了，馬桶衞浴都十分陳舊。
總之，多年前因為來過一次酒店外面的園林，對這裡有些印象，所以才會訂這裏住一晚。來了之後發現，這酒店也就衹有外面的園林環境還可以了。
不光硬件陳舊，服務人員的管理也完全不像一家高檔酒店的樣子，大堂經理毫無素質，完全沒有服務意識，感覺酒店的運營人員衹想趁着過節撈上一筆，完全不顧及住客的體驗，就算平時用不了那麼多服務員，要招臨時工好歹也提前一週上崗熟悉業務吧，號稱準五星酒店，難道就拿一羣臨時工來對付一下？
一家沒有服務意識，沒有服務誠意，也沒有服務客户的理念，不想投入衹想撈錢的酒店
唯一值得肯定的是，温泉和泳池還不錯，以後的客人建議單獨買温泉票體驗，住店就沒必要了

酒店環境非常生態，邊上有一個大湖，還有小孩活動區，在裏面逍遙一天感覺甚好。有別墅區，看上去高大上。房間設施不錯，早餐還可以，停車免費。不過晚上的自助餐性價比不太高。
