hotel staff was friendly and cooperative. we enjoyed a night stay. the owner himself helped us to find locations nearby attractions. they obliged us in all the way keeping our luggage even we checked out. I would highly recommend particulalry foreighners if someone wants to stay in reasonable amount to enjoy friendly and satisfied stay.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. English speaking staff member so check in and asking questions was easy when she was there. The heater worked and staff helped when we were confused. Free water and coffee available. Small convenience store nearby open late and lots of food nearby. Nothing fancy but well kept and friendly.

They were very helpful from day one. I could easily contact them through the Trip app and they replied instantly which was really helpful. They were very cordial and helped me with lots of things like finding locations and booking taxi. I really appreciate their service and would recommend to everybody. Amenities were really excellent considering the price of the rooms 👍

Hotel is located near to two Metro station, within 10min walking distance. Excellent customer service and informative. Staff help to carry baggage and share many information on the surrounding places to go. We ask for help to book for nearby scenic place and taxi as we are unable to do it, she is happy to help. Recommended place to stay in Beijing.

Helpful staff, renewed facilities, very clean. Although my room was small, it had everything I needed. Everything was well thought (for example, shower was really close to the toilet, but they have used a special toilet lid, so seat wouldn’t get wet after a shower). I appreciated these well thought details. Staff was helpful despite the language barrier. Hotel was close to the national art museum subway station, hence using the subway was very convenient. Definitely would recommend.

Great stay here, the hotel staff are very friendly and drove us to the wall for the day. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Budget friendly!

Small and simple hotel. Cheap compared to similar hotels but perhaps not exactly value for money. Front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. I had the smallest room which was perfect for me.

The location is great and the staff is very kind and welcoming. However, the room was disappointing. There is no mattress on the bed, only a very thin futon and you can feel the bed base underneath. Very uncomfortable. The AC was broken and the room was very noise, we could hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next to us. The room was not very clean either, we found hair everywhere in the room and more specifically in the shower siphon. We had to remove them ourselves as the water would not drain. Overall, we very much appreciated the staff and location but were disappointed by the room.

Booked for 3-bed space for us, Small room, small Washroom, us that is enough because we consider that place for only sleep and refresh, and 8-minute walk to Dongsi & National art Museum metro stations. many restaurants are also nearby MC and KFC too.

I loved this hotel so much and I will definitely go back there. What I liked most about it was the people in the reception and the location. This hotel is located in a very calm area of Beijing, there is a hospital a walking distance nearby where I had to take my nucleic acid test so that I can travel back home.
