The location and environment of the hotel are quite good. The air conditioner of the first room was broken. The hotel called a technician to fix it. After a long time of repair, it still didn't cool. I went downstairs to find the front desk to change a room. The front desk service was quite good. The breakfast buffet service of the hotel was average, and the taste was average. There were many people in the restaurant, and I heard a male waiter swearing... There were too many people and the seats were full, so it was difficult to comment. There was also a male waiter who took two bottles of yogurt before I left and ran over to say that I couldn't take it away. I said, did I take it away? Be more discerning next time.

This stay was very good! I wanted to take my children to the Beijing Planetarium, so I chose this hotel near the planetarium. At first, I booked the Jiabin Building. When checking in, I asked about the use of the swimming pool, because swimming is an important program for children every time they stay in the hotel. As a result, I learned that if the guests of Jiabin Building want to use the swimming pool in the VIP Building, they have to pay. I drove all day and was very tired, so I checked in at Jiabin Building and went to sleep quickly. When I woke up, my wife took the children to the VIP Building to ask, and I had to pay 200 yuan to use the swimming pool. I heard that it was not cost-effective, because the same room in the VIP Building was less than 100 yuan more expensive than the Jiabin Building, so I wanted to change rooms at this time. The front desk staff of Jiabin Building was very helpful, and Ctrip was also very powerful. It took me ten minutes to cancel the order of Jiabin Building, regenerate a VIP Building order, and change rooms smoothly. In my opinion, Jiabin Building is good enough for business travelers. For families with children, VIP Building is more cost-effective. The swimming pool is on the second floor underground. In addition to a 25-meter standard swimming pool, there are two circular paddling pools. The poolside is wrapped with rubber to prevent people from bumping into it. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels and taken my children to so many swimming pools, but I have never seen such a considerate one. Finally, a few suggestions: When checking in at most hotels, the hotel front desk will ask guests if they have a car. If so, they will introduce the hotel's parking policy. I checked in twice at the Guest Building and the VIP Building, and the front desk didn't mention it to me. I parked my car at the door of the Guest Building. Later I learned that this parking lot does not belong to Xinjiang Building. The fee is expensive. I parked at around 3 pm the day before, and drove out at around 7 pm the next day. I was charged 126 yuan. We said we were hotel guests and the discount was 60 yuan. The parking lot in the yard of Xinjiang Building, including the ground and underground, charges the same fee during the day, but it is much cheaper at night.

The sanitation is good, clean and comfortable. The front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in, and gave us biscuits and yogurt, which the children liked very much. After checking in, the room was very beautiful, with all the toys available, which was good. We stayed here because it is close to the zoo. At night, the waiter was considerate to refill our mineral water. There was a lot in the room, but I didn't ask for more. The waiter also gave us a small scented candle. It's a very good store.
