The butler Cherry's service is very considerate, kind, attentive and thoughtful, which makes us have a good impression of Bulgari's service. Behind the restaurant is a private garden of the hotel. It is very pleasant to take a walk in it after the meal. Overall, Bulgari is a great hotel and I will choose to stay here next time I come to Beijing.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Bulgari Hotel during the May Day holiday. The weather was very good when I checked in. There were many people rowing on the Liangma River in front of the window. I recommend everyone to stay in a king-size bed room with a view. Although it is more than 1,000 yuan more expensive, the view is really good. Thanks to Cherly for her attentive service. From the warm reception at the first meeting to the thoughtful room selection, I can feel the professionalism. I will definitely stay at the Bulgari Hotel again if I have the chance!

The hotel secretly replaced our 1.4-meter bed with a 1-meter bed. I called to protect my rights, but the manager on duty argued with me, saying it was a free upgrade. What upgrade was there? The view outside the window... They said our rooms were oversold, so they could only split a 2-meter bed room into two 1-meter double beds... It can only accommodate children, not adults... I have only seen upgrades, not demotions. When I checked out, the manager apologized and said he would give me a free night and I would stay there next time. Sorry, I really don't want to come again. Did they think I came here to take pictures and check in and spent 6,000 to book a room to get attention? Sorry, I really don't need that little money. I don't accept apologies or compensation.

Fortunately, I could eat in the store without making an appointment! When I checked out, the butler KIKI gave me a hotel luggage tag pendant, which was very beautiful! This trip was great!

On the second night, they forgot to put slippers on the bed, there was no hand cream, and the bathtub cushions in the bathroom were taken away and no new ones were put. The housekeeper specifically told me that the night gift for the third night was a toiletries set specially prepared by her, and she hoped we liked it. Guess what, when I came back at night, I found that the housekeeping department forgot to put it again! The housekeeper's hard work was thrown into the wind by his colleagues~ Oh yes, I went to the bar for a drink on the first night of my stay. From finding a seat to sitting down, no waiter showed up. The bartender watched us sit down without saying hello until I went to the counter to ask for the wine list. Finally, the waiter showed up. When I wanted to add more wine later, I still couldn't find anyone. I waved to the bartender, and both of them were busy greeting a female guest who ordered a glass of red wine at the bar. Even when they looked at each other in the heated conversation, they chose to ignore me. Who knows what the reason is? Good reviews are given to the housekeeper Kiki and the front office department. They are very attentive and careful. Whether it is the preparation of gifts or the timeliness of replies, there is nothing to say 👍Every time I pass by the front desk, they greet seriously, which is worthy of the hotel's facade.
