房間非常乾淨整潔，地理位置也很好，依山傍水，這個季節過來還可以在周邊採摘，物美價廉！距離周邊景區非常方便，帶着孩子來遊玩體驗感非常好！
另外公共設施配套齊全，娛樂設施也很先進，非常現代化，不用擔心基本住房問題，有管家隨時可以協調，體驗感十分好！

管家服務特別好，熱情，貼心。環境整潔優美，可以自己下廚做飯。趕上節假日後的工作日來的，沒人，晚上特別安靜，很好。山裡有蟲子，也是正常的。總體特別適合家庭出行或者公司團建。能唱歌🎤，打麻將。

純純的民宿！很安靜！在一個村子裏！民宿的管家大姐很熱情！一層是公共區域、二層是住宿、三層是露台！早餐不錯哦！對了自己可以帶點吃的來！因為附近吃飯的地方少！要開車出去吃！簡餐什麼的可以在民宿自己做一下！晚上走的話路有點黑！因為村子裏沒有什麼路燈！

定的這間房子800多一宿極其不滿意，還不如去住酒店，屋裡連個電視也沒有，大土房似的。還有幾點特別不滿意！
1:因為是兩個大人帶着兩個小學生，訂房之前我並不想定這一間大炕房，上面有兩個小窗户跟地下室似的，所以我問能不能定雙床房，雙床房700多，有個塌孩子睡沒有問題，但是店家説不能，所以我定了這間，等到了那我父母特別不滿意給我發視頻看這個就是八百多一間的房子嗎，我也有點兒震驚。後來因為另一件事我跟管家提出不滿後，又同意可以住雙床房，由於我父母已經在這個屋子休息過了所以他們需要收取50元錢這個我可以理解，但是差價也不退，800多的房換700多的不退差價，原因是我要求換房了，如果你們當初就説明白可以睡雙床房我用的着定這個類似地下室一樣的土磚房嗎，一個屋子裡四面都是磚，一個電視都沒有物價局真應該管管了。
2:孩子下午在一層玩，想玩遊戲機不知道怎麼開，想唱歌也不會弄，給管家打電話告知出去了，回來給弄，結果遲遲不回來，孩子衹能玩那個麻將機子，後來我再次給管家發訊息，管家給我發了一個複雜的使用説明給孩子看，當我快急眼了管家才回來還説孩子會弄那個唱歌的，但是孩子跟我説的是不會弄。從始至終也沒唱。
可以看我攜程從未給過別人差評！

非常不錯的民宿小院，周邊和院裏的環境很好，房間佈置精心，整體感覺非常不錯。早餐非常豐盛，還特意給準備了剛剛下來的玉米，很好吃。還有就是蒸的饅頭也很好吃😄以後還會選擇入住，獨立小院，非常適合團建或者大家庭入住

位置好找，雖然上了很大一個坡，車道也比較窄，慢慢開就成，院門口能停個三四輛車
管家很樸實，説話待客都很厚道
可以K歌 看電視 打麻將都可以，娛樂方式挺多的，非常適合很多朋友一起去玩

説走就走，最終選定了平谷。這家民宿從預訂前後的嚮導服務，到到達後的接待服務，都很親切周到。管家小張姐姐在民宿等我們，幫我們辦理號入住，嚴格按照流程登記，互相都安心。我們剛好趕上“包場”的兩天，整棟衹有我和朋友，房間也選的是最舒服的杏運，每天早上看着景色醒來也是种放松呀。早餐的擺盤特別規整，食慾大增全吃光啦！回國後因為疫情的原因，這幾年一直沒有機會出去走走，平谷整個的感覺都是安靜舒服噠。之後計劃帶家人再過來玩兒哦
