I have stayed in this hotel twice, and it took nearly an hour to check in for the first time. I am also working as a hotel. The staff at this hotel gave me the feeling that it was particularly unprofessional! The woman who checked in at the time was a lady in her 30s with medium and long hair. I stayed at this hotel for the second time today. The young lady who checked in was very nice. When I checked out, I took the room card and changed one at the front desk. She had yellow hair, flaming red lips, and kid-eater! Low ponytail, don’t you know if you go to work with light makeup? And the epidemic! Don’t you know to wear a mask at work? It's really unprofessional! I made a call there with my mobile phone, and a guest came down without greetings and no service. I gave her the room card and didn't answer the call. I kept calling, and the guests looked extremely uncomfortable! ! ! Downstairs time 2021:09:14 at 13:30 pm, the customer in Room 358 checked out. I waited for her to pick up the room card for at least 7.8 seconds, but there was no response, so I put the room card on the stage and went! I am really angry! What attitude, don't want to do it, don't do it! What is your attitude towards work when you do personal things there during working hours? I need a follow-up response from the hotel party! And give me the result of handling that staff member!

房間寬敞又乾淨，定的是一間內窗的房間，跟前台小姐姐申請了一下，幫忙給免費升級了一下房間，有窗户透氣會更好，服務太好啦，買了一份早餐，出乎意料的好，早上八點要趕車，來不及吃，還幫忙打包了，非常的推薦，周邊出行吃飯也挺方便，本來辦事不是很順利，但是能感受到這樣的服務，也不虛此行✌

酒店位於雲崗路，酒店內部設有早餐廳和洗衣房，負一層還有健身房，衞生打掃很乾凈，前台服務人員態度很好，酒店早餐也不錯

房間乾淨，整潔，設施不錯，有洗衣機烘乾機，外賣有機器人，前台工作人員和樓層阿姨特別熱情

房間住的很滿意，房間挺寬敞，服務還特別好，早餐可以單獨購買，非常方便，品種也多，打掃的阿姨還有前台見到人都禮貌問好，特別棒！非常推介大家入住！機器人還可以送外賣，很方便
