Small room, facilities are quite average, staffs are willing to help. He helped us to book didi in the morning and guided many good places for eating.

Lots of stairs to the lobby and elevator, otherwise location is really good I would definitely come back again!

Second time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The staff members are so friendly. The rooms are super clean. Great location in the heart of the city. Had such a comfortable stay here. Will definitely book again 😊

房間整潔乾淨、設施設備齊全、服務態度很好，有什麼要求都能滿足。酒店交通吃飯都很便利。過一個天橋走一會兒就到地鐵1號線和10號線。到天安門廣場和王府井大街衹要4-5站，離華貿中心商場約一公里，走路可以到達。

設施老舊，衞生堪憂。前台提出換了幾次房，房間狀況都差不多，除了忍一晚沒什麼有效的解決辦法。
地毯很臟，從上面的印記看起來感覺從來沒有打掃過。
洗澡的出水開關是反的，標識不清，沒法調節温度被燙就算了，關鍵是指示的花灑結果出水的是淋浴頭。
在到處寫着禁煙的情況下，定的大床房，第一個房間在五樓，一進門就一股很濃的煙味。第二個房間調成一樓，潮濕，又一股怪味，開窗户都散不掉，毛巾也是破破爛爛的。第三個房間升級了房型，是唯一剩下的大床房了，然後整個屋子一開空調就一股下水道的味道。
太差了，第一次見到硬件條件和衞生都這麼差的星級酒店。不建議住，我也不會再來❌。

房間面積很小，格局也不是很好，主要感覺很陳舊，衞生間地面斑駁，水龍頭把手鐵屑，洗手枱斑斑點點的印跡完全不是桔子酒店該有的配備。差不多是兩百塊連鎖酒店的標準，房間的窗户都別不死，前台的服務意識一般，但是打掃衞生的大姐很好，房間給整理的很乾凈，前來修窗户把手的工程師傅也很負責。
