服務態度超讚！私人禮賓管家Amber前一天就來電，詢問了具體需求，從床墊、枕頭的軟硬，到孩子的一些其他需求，都細細記錄，房間入住後基本都準備好。還特地給小朋友準備了小禮物，小朋友很喜歡這個姐姐。
酒店地理位置離故宮很近，步行到東華門進入，衹需要一道安檢，很方便。

服務：從大堂門僮到餐飲服務員，都很熱情到位，主動詢問。客房服務員會每天送水，有夜床服務
