第一次住四合院，很特別的體驗。小院毗鄰王府井，交通便捷，又鬧中取靜，院門一關與外面的喧囂隔絕。房間設施陳設也很棒。入住期間正逢女兒生日，工作人員做了精心佈置，小朋友收穫驚喜。我們的管家傑瑞德十分周到，回覆及時，有求必應，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。總體非常滿意，下次有機會還會入住。

很喜歡這家酒店，除了在寸土寸金的地段兒多少感覺酒店面積有點小。但是服務是很好的，我們的管家Ella ，很有耐心，半夜十二點多麻煩她幫我協調同事冷凍蛋糕，都非常熱情耐心的服務。我們退房之後，落下了東西，Ella 也非常耐心地幫忙協調同事查找。入住時幫我們辦理入住帶我們去房間的Helen 小姐姐，特別有親和力，心很細，對小朋友非常有耐心。

回來忙著就忘記要給短短的北京行留下個美好的句號。
從進酒店前就會聯繫客人，了解客人出行目的和情況，我有快遞也會幫我先收著到酒店後按照我的要求送到房間。Ella加了我的微信，態度很親切可愛，做到了一個職業酒店管理人員應盡的一切職責，這對於酒店的印象是很加分的；因為當天Ella休息，幫我辦理入住的是Ella的領導Jamie，整個流程井然有序，迅速辦理後領我到餐廳用餐，餐廳的餐品就不可恭維了，摒著實事求是態度，如果餐廳做得再專業再好些會更加分喔！不過北京的西餐大環境也不奢求太多了。飯畢，就有一位美眉帶我們到四合院，很近，四合院庭院內略微冷清，不過房間很大，格局構造擺設也很棒，如果設計的時候能把臥房和客廳隔開的話會更有安全感一些，因為有朋友來所以覺得床鋪大剌剌的展示出來有些不適應。值得一提的是早餐很豐富，還可以選擇送到房間用餐，工作人員很辛苦很用心餐桌要搬進搬出，桌上琳瑯滿目的值得點讚！離開酒店時很耐心地傾聽我們的全部體驗和意見，還送了我們華爾道夫的小熊和鋼筆留作紀念！

設施：整體設施還是比較完善，維護的也不錯
衞生：很好，打掃衞生的阿姨很好，幹活細緻，笑容燦爛
環境：整體環境舒適，遠離了喧囂
服務：很好，
私人禮賓Betty很細緻，發現老媽生日提前準備了鮮花點心不説，還貼心的聯繫餅房特別準備了壽字蛋糕，而且蛋糕的甜度也非常適宜長者食用，相當周到，而且還幫助協調提前入住和安排spa。
spa中心的理療師很專業，環境也舒服，Villa很贊
