The customer service said they would change our room, but it was too late and we had to clean up our things, so they didn't change the bed. I hope the cleaning lady will pay attention in the future. If she opens the quilt and sees someone else's hair, she will think you didn't change the bed sheets. The soundproofing is average. In the morning, the neighbors cleaned up the room and the noise was very loud. The conversation outside the door affected my sleep.
