Yitel Hotel

A very good hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. It was quite clean, and the room had many convenient amenities, including good slippers. It was cleaned every day. The breakfasts weren't bad, with something for every taste. The coffee, like everywhere else in China, wasn't particularly good. The hotel's location is good, near a station on Line 2, practically in the city center. There's also a grocery store nearby. The rooms are a bit smaller than they appear in the photos, but otherwise, everything was super. We were even allowed to check in early for free.

The hotel facilities are good and well-equipped. The room's lighting control is also advanced and convenient. The staff are all very friendly. However, we booked two rooms, one for our daughter (who was staying two nights less than us). The front desk somehow mixed up our room with our daughter's. Despite bringing it up with them multiple times, it remained incorrect. As a result, our room key stopped working, preventing us from entering, and we had to go down to have it reset. The room's electricity even went out because of the expired key card. These are all solvable issues. Everything else in the bathroom was fine, except for the shower door, which always leaked water near the toilet. We switched rooms, but the problem persisted. These small issues are solvable, yet they weren't addressed.

1. **Excellent Location** About an 8-10 minute walk to Jianguomen subway station. It's also convenient to take a taxi to Prince Gong's Mansion, Wangfujing, and Beijing South Railway Station. There are many restaurants nearby, including convenience stores and traditional Old Beijing eateries, making it very convenient for eating and shopping. 2. **Cleanliness and Facilities** Opened in 2022, the facilities are relatively new. The room is clean and odor-free, with a wet and dry separation bathroom. The bedding is comfortable, and there's smart room control, a free self-service laundry room, a gym, and a self-service breakfast (both Chinese and Western options, with freshly cooked noodles). 3. **Service and Amenities** You can store luggage, and there's a robot for item delivery. The front desk efficiently handles check-in and check-out. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

For its price and amenities, this hotel near Jianguomen in Beijing is quite good. The breakfast spread is extensive. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The only real downside is the lack of parking directly in front of the hotel, as it's a non-motorized vehicle lane, which often deters ride-sharing services from coming right up to the entrance.

The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells upon entering, and the hygiene was excellent. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the natural light and ventilation were good. The facilities were complete, with working water, electricity, and internet. The location is convenient, making dining, drinking, and getting around hassle-free. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to both Metro Line 1 and Line 2. There are also several shopping malls nearby, making it very convenient for ordering takeout or dining out. They even have a laundry room, which was a lifesaver during the summer when we were sweating all day. It's a smart hotel; a small robot can deliver items to your room, and in the morning, another robot even makes noodles for breakfast, which was a fun novelty. The breakfast spread was also generous, with both Chinese and Western options, and hot and cold dishes. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.
