“Wonderful place to stay. It’s nit my first time staying here but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that if you want to, you can spend time outside with other travelers and the staff – who, by the way, were exceptional. It is located in a very busy area with a lot os Cafés, bars and restaurants.The costumer service really went out of her way to make sure everyone got what they needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with their transportation. I had a great time meeting everyone and socializing yet when I wanted to, I could get a quiet night’s sleep.”

首先説優點：安靜，適合旅途勞頓好好睡覺。
然後是一言難盡：不知什麼原因房間打掃得非常隨意，雖然沒有灰塵，但其他的就很不走心。洗澡時因為水卡跑停，停水了，不過房東很快解決問題，倒也無傷大雅；第二天夜裡因為電卡沒錢停電了，長者半夜上廁所起來也沒有燈，衹能摸黑，那幾天北京還非常熱，長者給熱得生生一宿沒睡，哎。

優點是公寓樓很新，入住率不高，很安靜，晚上休息得很好。離地鐵站很近，交通方便。周邊有便利店，簡單日常購物很方便，但是超市價格有點貴。
缺點是淋浴花灑架壞了，淋浴不方便。有天下午停了一會兒電，物業搶修了20分鐘，來電了。
總的來説很滿意。
