Huazhu Heyuan Siheyuan Light Luxury Hotel (Beijing Beishida Jishuitan Branch)

The room is just like a normal economy business hotel. I thought it was in the style of a Siheyuan from the name, but it actually has nothing to do with Siheyuan. I felt cheated, but the service was OK. They responded to every request and were quite fast.

They call this a courtyard family room. It costs nearly 1,000 yuan per night. I feel cheated. It's not convenient to bring children. I can only accept it with a pinch of my nose.

To be fair, this location has such an accommodation environment, which is quite comfortable. The owner's care can be felt in every corner of the hotel. Although the room is not big, it has everything. I rarely write reviews unless it is particularly good or particularly bad. This is the worst experience among the hotels I have stayed in. It is the only hotel that I comment on because of the extremely poor service attitude of the staff! And this is not just a few employees, but the overall management level is low. Starting from the person in charge who wears glasses, there is no smile from the beginning of check-in. It's like someone owes her eight million and speaks coldly. For those who come to Beijing for tourism from other places, if you choose this hotel as the first choice, you will definitely be very disappointed. Secondly, I brought my children to the store that day, holding a bag or two of items in my hand, a trolley case and a large backpack. The staff led the way to the room at the door. Even if they saw that we were in a mess and it was difficult to carry the luggage, they didn't say a word to help. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were cold and black-faced. If you want to add trouble to your trip, then choose it. If not, then I advise you not to come to this store!

I stayed at Huazhu in Tai'an, Jinan and had a good impression. This time when I came to Beijing, I saw Huazhu and it was really good. The location is excellent, close to major attractions and convenient transportation. The room is small and clean, and the toilet is automatically heated.
