走廊地毯很臟，單間總是濕噠噠的感覺，停車難，酒店門口停車還被城管鎖車了，酒店沒有提前告知不讓停門口

叫送條毛巾上來沖完涼退房的，本來不用超時退房的，叫送條毛巾上來送了幾十分鐘，還説毛巾要收費，沖完涼後下來退房説超時了要扣20元。***，虧我在這住了數不清的次數，超時一小時還要扣20元。這肯定是服務員私下收起來了。好説我也是長期客户，送個毛巾也要收費，超時也要收費。
