La ubicación es excelente, Justo frente al mar, vista que disfrutamos a plenitud desde nuestro balcón. Las instalaciones de ocio: piscina y Jaccuzzi calientes, sauna, baño de vapor, gimnasio, están muy buenas y todas ellas incluidas en el precio del alojamiento. El personal del hotel es muy amable. La limpieza tanto en el cuarto como el resto del hotel que visitamos, es impecable. El diseño del interior del cuarto, así como los materiales usados para las puertas, armarios, etc. son de primera calidad! La decoración ha sido realizada con mucho gusto, tanto en el cuarto como en el lobby, bar y restaurante. Como era invierno no pudimos disfrutar del área exterior, tenemos que volver en Verano! Gracias a esa excelente ubicación frente al mar, el hotel se haya alejado de todo, por esa razón recomendaríamos más variedad en la oferta de gastronomía pues no hay nada cerca, uno depende 100% del hotel para comer. Pero la comida del restaurante libanés estuvo excelente, todo lo que pedimos nos gustó!

African woman & solo traveler here! My stay was an extremely pleasant one. Members of staff were always ready to assist and were all polite. The view from the rooms are amazing. There is also a rooftop pool with a view of the city, I couldn’t use it because I was there during winter, but if I return during summer, I will definitely stay at Staybridge again and use the pool.

The hotel is clean and the staff are overall friendly. The terrace is amazing, staff very nice, evenings there are the best in Beirut. The breakfast is great and staff very friendly. The only bad area is the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff are not friendly overall and not trained to differentiate between one day pass guests and live in guests. Example, despite staying for 2 days, in 2 rooms: 1. I was asked to pay deposit for towels in the pool! 2. I had a pack of chips for my kid and the staff refused to let me take it in.. They took it away at the entrance. I asked Yousef Moumni in spesific to call the manager and ask for exception as my son really wanted his chips, but the exception was rejected and with no appoligitic attitude... The staff at the pool need a lot of training! 3. No WiFi at the entire pool area.

Terrible experience. I made the same booking by mistake for a day from 2 different bookings pages. Even if my bookings were showing in their system as same booking, same person, same hotel, staff refused to help me. They asked me to contact *********** because they can’t do anything about it. After i was in touch with *********** i was told that hotel is the only one who can help me change the stay(i didn’t ask for refund i asked for change of dates!!!!!!). Staff extremly useless, it was very difficult for me to even have a conversation with them because i went trough a surgery a day before and i was there to recover. After 2 days of me trying to talk and explain my situation they told me there’s nothing they can do about it even if my reservation appeared in their system booked twice !!!!! They refused. The duty manager Mazen was even super rude and laughed in my face telling me it’s not his duty of solving such issues. I decided to check out and booked another hotel because there was no point to extend in a hotel that my money was stolen. At check out they told me it s okay i can extend another day for free. I m just speechless of such customer service, after having to go through many arguments with 3 of the staff and to be told it s nothing they can help with. I came there to recover after a surgery not to have useless arguments with the reception staff! Terrible experience. Terrible managment. They could have helped me from day one, they didn t want!!!! I definetly don’t recommend just because the rudeness of the staff. Rooms are ok but they smell very bad. If you’re non smoker you will feel it.

The rooms for me are close, lived with a girl, the bed shelf second no, the view from the window leaves you wish the best, the card from the room is constantly not working, and now about the advantages: a big enough beautiful hall, every day a good clinking Rooms, and a separate great thanks to the staff from the kitchen: Victoria and her husband. Beautiful people! Did sick during the trip, they were very nice and good, deliciously cooked. Thank you!

Air conditioning at the room was awesome. Also the room has no noise from the street or from other rooms, and thats really make me feel relaxed. Great hotel. Staff all amazing especially Bashar at Reception who is an absolute hero. We arrived after a difficult trip and he was so helpful on so many fronts. Where and how to get money and the best exchange rates (especially with financial problems) where to eat, what to do, advise on what to do on our short stay, taxis, day trips and more. He was so helpful. Thank you so much Bashar, best reception ever! Hotel location was perfecy to walk to central site and a 20 minute drive to the airport. Room was big and clean. Breakfast option would have been good. Amazing restaurant across the road with the best local food.
