We would especially like to recognize Ali Marji, the lobby supervisor, who was incredibly kind and helpful to my mom and me. His attention and willingness to assist made a big difference and were truly appreciated. The hotel facilities are modern, very well maintained, and in excellent condition. We also felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

I stayed in that hotel 2 times before. All was ok. This time it was a Desaster!!!!!Unfortunately Mr Ramy, you do not fit there. Your behavior is one of those who should serve on streets and not on a desk in such a hotel. I love this hotel and it is the perfect place to stay in Beirut. Other people who work there are lovely, friendly and wonderful. Except of that night receptionist Ramy Kibbi who has no manner of whatsoever. "

"Breakfast is served between 0700- 1100 or so (could be 1030) Plenty of selection of bread, egg and ham. It is a typical breakfast buffet. I paid US$90 directly at the hotel as I walked in without booking but I should have booked it from AGODA, it is cheaper. They wouldn't accept old US$100 notes, if you have cash only, prepare a new note. This is an apartment hotel. You can cook in your room although there is no tool provided but you will have fridge gas table sink Other than that, equipment is as follows. - wi-fi - towel - big closet - sofa - cushion Room is very compact. The location is excellent, it is in the middle of the Hamra. There are bars and shops on the same streets, which is very convenient. Some bars are open till 0600am. My room was facing those bars but the window should be soundproof. It didn't bother me at all. There is a supermarket nearby."
