the hotel attracted with its best service, this is the best hotel we have been to, we all really enjoyed it. We are satisfied with our wonderful stay😘😘😘 The staff is very polite and loving, lots of delicious, different food. Sweets are just the best🤗🤗🤗 we in general, We will definitely come again and again

I decided to stay at the Bellis Deluxe Hotel for our family reunion and my parents' anniversary at the same time. I had been searching for different hotels in the area and decided to go with Bellis Deluxe Hotel, and I don’t regret that decision. Everything was perfect during our vacation: room cleanliness, food preparation and diversity, animation team, and evening events. I want to give special attention to the service, which was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help and give you a couple of tips about staying in this hotel! I was also surprised by the fact that almost all of the staff can speak Russian, and everybody can understand your requests in Russian, which was super comfortable for my parents due to their limited English proficiency. The hotel is very huge, and we purposely took our vacation at the end of March when it's not too hot here. We weren’t bored for a second. The huge territory is perfect for exploring, with a horse park and zoo. I wasn’t expecting the zoo to be so good, despite its location on the hotel's premises, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to walk around, knowing how professionally the employees care for animals that cannot live in the wild due to various circumstances. The only con for me was the bar. They can make simple cocktails and cocktails from their list, but if you try to ask for something outside of that, they seem lost, even when you provide them with all the ingredients and proportions. I found a couple of bartenders who were on point, and whenever I saw them, I always tried to get my special drinks; otherwise, I would just go with simple cocktails. But this is nothing compared to my overall experience here! In conclusion, I will say that this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids, as there are lots of kids' activities around the whole hotel! I will definitely return here if I stay in this area again! Staying at the Bellis Deluxe at the moment. The hotel is extremely good. Every aspect of the hotel is spot on. The food tastes home made as opposed to mass produced with the absolute freshest of ingredients. The drinks are branded international , so things like cocktails taste as they should. Rooms look exactly like the pictures . Very international clientele. The thing I have also noticed is often hotels have smart public areas but can look tired and run down in places. Not the case here as even the beach toilets are immaculate. Staff are very friendly. Certainly the best all inclusive I have stayed at and one of the best hotels at any price. On this point the value is exceptional for the quality provided. The high score reviews on here are entirely justified.

My family is Canadian/Irish/English and we love the hotel. The food and drinks are amazing, honestly so good and we can be picky but we are enjoyed every meal! Waterparks are wonderful for kids and adults, pools are warm. Coffee and tea are very good and all the music is enjoyable. Everyone is friendly we have made friends with many other guests from all over and the staff are all great. Theme park is 5 minutes away, beach has lovely views of mountains. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days. The staff was very polite, the hotel was very clean and the room service too. The food was served fresh and delicious. They have great entertainment, every night there is different thematic, there were day and night shows. We were with football team, there are two football pitches, the grass is unbelievable well maintained. Also they provided special treatment for our team that we asked for. We will definitely come again.

The hotel is good, attentive staff, they adhere to their level. We have been resting for the third time and did not regret it for a minute. But there are a lot of Russians, just like ants.And the entertainment service is adjusted to them, and I want it to be..Well, the whole program is aimed at the russians

The guest relation is super helpfull. They spoiled us with everything. Flowers, champagne, fruit and breakfast on the room. They have a animal zoo, lots of swimming pools. Also heated what is super for mart. We loved it Here.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
