We stayed a night in a couple with a middle-sized dog, last weekend of May, and it was the first time we stayed in Bellaria. We were very good, very friendly and available staff, clean rooms and parking availability of the hotel. We were particularly affected by breakfast: in addition to classic cakes, croissant and beverage machine (all excellent for others) availability of soya and mandel beverages, dry fruit of all kinds, rice cookies, marmelade, peanut butter, Real dad fresh from arnia! At the latest floor is available a common Jacuzzi that we haven't had time to try (but we'll have it in the future hope!). I would add a personal note: the proximity to the railway must not scare the silence lovers, the trains do not feel, they are sporadic and still are slowly transiting as they are in the centre of the country and near Bellaria station.

Conoscevamo questo hotel nella precedente gestione e ci eravamo trovati bene, quindi l'abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze. Purtroppo non siamo rimasti soddisfatti del trattamento se lo rapportiamo al 4 stelle che dovrebbe essere. All'arrivo non c'è posto per poter scaricare agevolmente l'auto e bisogna fare tutto in fretta per non incorrerre in multe, nessuno esce a darci una mano coi bagagli e ci arrabattiamo da soli, alla reception ci vengono consegnate le chiavi e andiamo a cercarci la camera perchè nessuno ci accompagna. Dobbiamo portare l'auto al parcheggio, che non è proprio vicinissimo e tornare a piedi. Nella hall l'aria condizionata viene accesa solo nel tempo che si usa la sala da pranzo, durante il giorno è al caldo. La cucina se rapportata ad altri 4 stelle che abbiamo frequentato, non è all'altezza. Anche i tavoli dei buffet comprendono quasi solo verdure in tutte le salse e scarsi antipasti. Anche le tovaglie e i tovaglioli di carta, peraltro non cambiati ad ogni pranzo, la dicono lunga sul servizio da 4 stelle.Idem le posate non cambiate ad ogni portata. L'arredamento delle camere anni 60 ha urgente bisogno di una svecchiata, i condizionatori (nota positiva) funzionano a dovere. Purtroppo non è stata una bella scelta, abbiamo sbagliato fidandoci della precedente gestione, come detto nel titolo non ci torneremo.
