Hotel Kursaal ★★★

"English: A round of applause for all the helpfulness and friendliness offered in this hotel. The structure needs a radical renovation in some aspects and soft in others, a new attention even for the little things. The entrance staircase, first contact with the structure, needs to be painted almost completely. Leaving leaves at the beginning of the staircase is certainly not what a customer expects upon arriving. To get to the rooms defined as deluxe you have to go up a flight of stairs after taking the elevator and the first impact is given by a curtain that covers part of the landing. Two rooms overlook a large terrace, complete with armored door, renovated but without any added value to define them as deluxe. The right part of the terrace is used as a clothes horse. The breakfast room is anonymous, not very well kept. Decent breakfast, both savoury and sweet, but certainly not the one advertised. Good homemade cakes. We did not find a fridge and coffee machine in the comfort rooms. Even the parking is left to neglect, the parking space mares, now unused, should be removed to avoid damage to the wheels of the cars. For pleasure and for work I have traveled for years frequenting hotels and hotels in Italy and abroad, but for the first time I was asked upon arrival the balance of the three-day stay, despite the 30% advance made at the reservation months before. Which I define as a lack of trust and respect towards the customer."

"Very clean, everything in the room and bathroom in perfect condition. Close to the beach. Excellent breakfast, richer than other 4 stars hotels I booked. We stayed with our children (5 and 7 yo), the room was ok to accommodate all of us. Highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and people."

"Wow. What a wonderful find this little place was. I cannot praise Luana and her team/family enough. They were so attentive and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble for them. As I had told Luana that I struggled in the heat, she gave me a room in the main house rather than the hotel with a shaded balcony and put a fridge in our bathroom so that we could have cold drinks without the noise at night. All the food was home cooked and delicious- mum's lasagne a particular favourite. The rooms were very clean with great air-con and well kept. The beach is a 2 minute walk away at most. Can't believe how inexpensive this place was. I cant recommend this place highly enough for a budget holiday."

"Me and my family went here during the summer and it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to! The staff were very friendly and polite, despite me not understanding Italian. The room was very nice and cozy, and was cleaned every day. We booked breakfast and dinner, and the food was delicious. In dinner, we could choose from the menu the food for future day, which consisted of 3 servings (you could also choose your particular serving). As well, there was a buffet, which was very rich in vegetables, and other simple yet tasty plates. By the end of the trip I have gained happy weight! The beach was near (less than 5 minutes to get there) and the sea didn't disappoint. We have also booked spa and massages, and they were heavenly. My mother suffered from shoulder pain but by the end of about 5-7 massages, she said that the professional had hands of gold. Thank you again Evo Boutique for this amazing experience!"
