I use to stay in same long back 6-8 years .now hotel room service and ambience gone to the dogs , front office responce and cleanliness all came down to 50% . I won't prefere next time ...their is no power back up too ... Please don't give priority on this property

Hotel not maintained properly and tv not working and remotes are not working not cleaning on daily basis and bathroom also not good

Worst checkin experience where i need to wait for 15-20 mins for the room to be cleaned and the most pathetic point is the room cleaning. The entire room was wet when i entered and the bathroom and room were wiped with the same cloth. Not even one amenity is available in the room, except one towel and a soap. Never try to book this hotel for business or family travel. High pricing valued for nothing.
