"The hotel was well run. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well ventilated. However the fridges in the rooms were not working despite being checked and replaced. Also, they were not able to provide multiple room cards for room. However, service was good, the food was very good and customised to our taste (we had some food allergies). The swimming pool is large and well kept. The morning breakfast buffet was well organised. A special treat was the live flute performance we heard (on Saturday, Sunday and Monday) by the very talented flute player Keshavraj and his musically gifted young son, Vasishta (who came on Sunday to play). We enjoyed our stay."

"Dear Travellers ! This is truly a mix of luxury and value for money resort. Due to off season we were expecting better pricing but it was not costly for sure. Location is good . They have ample space for parking around 20 + Cars . Good front desk and a beautiful swimming pool. We liked there Mango trees and stone covered romantic sitting space near pool. Restaurent Kiskindha was really nice with attached Bar as well. Good tasty food however few more options can be added in food items. Service was top notch and I really appreciate our conversation with Mr. Maruthi - front desk officer, Mr Prakash, Heena Kausar at restaurant, staffs like darshan ,Viresh and Ramesh helped us to show around the property. Missed to take few more names but all were good. We had good and pleasant stay and would recommend you to visit as well. Thanks and cheers !"

"Usually I don’t write long reviews, but this place made me want to The whole property gives royal, heritage palace vibes — super beautiful and peaceful. They’ve got both indoor & outdoor activities, and a biiig pool to chill in. I stayed in Raya & Hemakuta — both rooms were really clean, comfy, and the staff was super professional and sweet. They also have buggy service to move around the property (trust me, you’ll need it — the place is HUGE ). There’s an in-house restaurant, and mornings feel extra special with a live flute artist playing — such a calm vibe. Came here from Bangalore for a peaceful break, and Vijayashree’s team really made sure I had the best time. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a royal + relaxing getaway ✨"

"I booked a staycation at this hotel to surprise my pregnant wife and create a special memory for us. While making the reservation, I clearly informed the team that it was our first visit and requested special arrangements, including room decoration, to make the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on almost every promise. Despite repeated requests, the room was not decorated as discussed, and there was no effort from the staff to make our stay feel special. Even during our dining experience, there was no recognition of the occasion or any gesture that reflected the hospitality standards expected from a premium hotel. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership and professionalism. After spending nearly ₹25,000 for the stay, the only solution offered was to waive dinner charges worth around ₹3,000, which did not address the overall disappointment. I also requested a meeting with the General Manager to discuss my concerns, but this was never arranged. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The purpose of this stay was to create a special and memorable experience for my wife during her pregnancy, but the hotel failed to deliver on the commitments made at the time of booking. Given the significant gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered, I believe appropriate compensation should be considered by the hotel management. More importantly, I expect a sincere acknowledgment of these shortcomings and a commitment to ensuring that future guests do not face a similar experience. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation, and I left feeling disappointed and let down."
