OWNER GAVE OUT MY CARD NUMBER TO ANOTHER HOTEL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. WILL NOT HONOR COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS
Don't THINK about using a coupon.EARNED BECAUSE OF SO MUCH REPEAT BUSINESS. Owner ASSUMED INCORRECTLY I was given points becaude I complained.Gave 5 stars NOT earned because of kind, professional, front desk staff.. Stayed 30 times. Used points ONCE. AS SOON AS I DID the owner says "You: paid with points.Your room just got booked. You you gave to go." In same room since Jan. Its March 2024 and suddenly ,booked? Entire hotel EMPTY. What "coincidence."
Moved me to another hotel. And THAT hotel had my NEW card number, preocessed a payment with no permission or my knowledge.Spoke to him, he did it a 2nd time. Had to cancel card.
BEWARE OF USING YOUR CARD HERE! NOT secure.
Owner is dishonest, will not honor offers, poorly maintained. NEVER returning.
