All my expectations were exceeded across the board. The dinning experience is not what you expect with a Courtyard in the states. This was full service and extremely excellent service. Dola and Om - the main chef and sous chef went out of their way to visit our table. Dola made custom meals including gnocchi pomodoro to accommodate my stubborn palette. Om made sure we were covered with anything we needed, including making us fresh juice in the morning. We exchanged the best conversations. The staff in the dining area overall all earn GOLD stars. Anil with the front desk and security staff all courteous - all went out of their way to accommodate. Never did we feel lost and always there was someone to ensure we had anything we needed. GOLD stars. The rooms and facilities were always spotless and clean. I was very happy with the cleanliness of my room. The housekeeping staff always greeted me with kindness. GOLD stars. The success of this hotel is due to their ability to have a culture of service. Never did I have to try hard to receive assistance. Someone was always there checking on us, whether it was the foyer, the halls, the gym, the pool, and the restaurant. Never in my 30 years of travel have I received such excellent service across all aspects of a hotel. This place has it figured out.
