Front desk staffer Xiao Du was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional! 👍🏻 The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. I heard Jackie Chan even stayed here for his concert, haha. Right next to the hotel is Tushan Mountain, and from the higher floors, you can even see the Huai River in the distance. The views are pretty good!

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is very fast. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

Environment: I booked this for a friend. He told me that the hotel has a nice decoration, good environment, good location, abundant greenery, and a park behind it. You can enter the park directly by swiping your room card. The air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for morning exercises. I would like to highlight the hotel lobby manager, Ms. Gao, for her warm service. She also upgraded the room type and introduced the tourist attractions around Bengbu. I like the hotel for having such professional staff! It deserves praise!

The hotel room type has nothing to say, it is still very good, the only minor problem may be that the -1 elevator is broken, so if you want to drive, you have to move your luggage to the first floor. Overall it is good.

The staff are friendly and provide welcome fruits (one banana and one orange). This price also includes breakfast, which is really surprising. There are snacks (drinks, instant noodles, etc.) in the room. Although there is a fee, the price is very affordable and convenient. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

We took a family trip during the Qingming Festival holiday. We booked a room and check-in was quick. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Zhanggong Mountain, the No. 7 Middle School's sesame seed cake shop, and Wanda Plaza. The front desk provided excellent directions. The shared electric bikes in Bengbu are very convenient, especially if you're not traveling with children. Taxis are also readily available and inexpensive. The hotel building seems to be mixed-use; it has three floors, and food delivery is available. The room has smart controls, and the 1.35-meter twin beds are comfortable for children. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided. The only drawback is the slightly poor soundproofing; while we couldn't hear the street, we could hear noises from the next room and the hallway. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave us a dinner voucher, which we could bring our child in. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in a large hotel, it was sufficient and included everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short family trip.

Very recommended, clean, environmental services are very good, breakfast is also very rich, there are local special oil tea, beef soup, and biscuit sandwich spine!
