Ambassador Playa I

We stayed at the Ambassador playa 1 for 4 nights mid April . What a fab hotel. Extremely clean , beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location - just seconds away from bars and restaurants. Food at the hotel was really varied and the prices at the bar were reasonable . Would definitely recommend!

Modern, well-appointed and clean hotel. Ideally located for the 'nightlife *****'. An easy ten minute walk to the beachfront. Plenty of restaurants and based a stone's throw away. My usual ****** with hotels - soft-closing doors would make all the difference to a good night's sleep - as would putting the young party people on a different floor / wing of the hotel ...

Went for Xmas and New Year 23/24 throughly enjoyed the experience in fact I didn’t want to go home which is a first for me. Stayed in Ambassador 11 but this time stayed in Ambassador 1 both hotels exactly the same. Rooms excellent, beds comfortable spotlessly clean, with extra pillows and blankets in top of wardrobe if needed. Bathroom is brilliant best shower (waterfall) I’ve ever had plenty of room in shower as it’s the full length of the bathroom. Food is lovely, always replacing and hot so much to choose from best food I’ve ever had in a hotel, tables are a bit tight but you soon get used to sitting next to other people and I met nice people this way. Breakfast was the best, proper named cereal from all Kelloggs varieties to Weetabix and on the hot grill the chef cooks proper thick English back bacon and gorgeous poached eggs plus omelets, crepes etc I enjoyed it so much I’m coming back in September with my sister and also booked for 3 weeks for the Xmas and New Year period with my husband, I recommend this hotel 100% and can’t wait to return.

Our stay at the Ambassador Playa 1 was excellent and enjoyable. Hotel spotless, rooms lovely well thought out had everything you could want. Gluten Free well catered for, Jacinta the restaurant manager went out of her way to help and the chef prepared the food separately. The Explorers Bar was brilliant the staff, the entertainment, the prices xxx

Well what can I say, this is now my favourite hotel it’s my 3rd stay for me and my husband yas. Once again rooms amazing. Jacinta the restaurant manager is amazing she really goes the extra mile and made our stay precious and really looked after our granddaughter . All the restaurant staff work so hard and are all so polite and friendly which made us feel so at home. The minute you walk in this hotel the welcome is amazing and big shout out to Angel who is always very helpful. We go home Sunday but do not want to leave but we are back in August with more of our family . Thank you everyone xx

Very nice hotel and ideal situated, as the beach and big streets are near, as well as the entertainment places. The staff at the hotel was very nice, especially at the reception desk. Very clean hotel with nice atmotsphere. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent situated. Excellent food. It was spotless clean and always good entertainment in one of the 2 bars. We didn’t want to venture out at night as we are 2 young at hearts ( over 80) but stayed up till gone 12pm every night We shall be returning if possible in September. Also all the staff brilliant

Stayed here with a group of 15 ladies celebrating sisters birthday. The rooms were fantastic spacious bright & airy and cleaned everyday. The hotel had put us all on the same level with was really good. Restaurant was fantastic we stayed half board and the selection was very good no complaints at all. A table was set for us all each evening. The staff were very pleasant also. Location was great for us too. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for a couple visit or also with my children.

Recently modernised hotel in Heart of lively Benidorm ***** food is fantastic and caters mainly for English, the breakfast is outstanding Staff friendly Would say only downside would be the cleaning of the room is not the best, only really make beds and never cleaned floors (really picky negative). We also had a high room so although you can still here noise it is minimal and didn't disturb sleep
