"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"This was only a nights stay before go to our other hotel to which i am glad because if I would have had 10 days here I would have cried and gone home. No staff to help, the stairs ways were mucky and the pool was nice and the ladders were not fixed properly and I sliced my foot on them and staff wasn't bothered never asked if ok or came to see me at the pool. Food was awful apart from the ice cream, I had reservations eating the food lack of hygiene was a big no no. The smell round the pool was dreadful which was the drainage and all the steps up from the pool were broken. One positive is bed was comfy. I would not recommend this hotel at all I can't wait to leave."

"We loved it; it's very close to the center and the beach. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The apartments have everything you need and are very clean. We were able to get in even though we arrived before check-in time. We'll definitely be back."

Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

"Just got home from a lovely week at the RH Victoria. 😊 The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly & helpful. We were half board the food was lovely with a good variety. My favourite was the ice cream machine at dinner- yummy Mr whippy ice cream with an assortment of sauces 😋 We loved the fact your wristband was also your room key & you can add drinks etc to your room via the wristband. We stayed in a superior room which was modern, clean & huge. It was 2 king beds together. The bathroom wasn't modern but big, perfectly functional , clean with a hot powerful shower. Location perfect too- near to old town which has everything you need. We used the Mercado shop which was a few minutes walk towards the town over the bridge for snacks & water (as we were half board) Beach looked beautiful & busy! We didn't go on the beach as prefer the pool. This hotel is ideal for adults & teens. The entertainment was good & the animation team put in a lot of hard work & effort 👌 The pool is small but its big enough to do some laps & to cool off which was very much needed last week 😃 We booked to use the spa 10€ pp for an hour using the hydro pool, steam sauna & various showers etc. We thought it was worth it. We were the only 2 using it at our time slot. You do have to wear these ridiculous black caps 🤣 We had a late flight & check out was 12.00 no chance of a late check out due to being high season but was able to book a time to use the shower in the spa which was fab 😃 luggage stored securely in a locked room. Highly recommend this hotel. 😀"

"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."

"Amazing hotel - amazing staff! Me and my husband stayed here for 8 nights in June. We had a late night flight and didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 4am - we had a lovely check in, was given a lunch bag and some helpful info. The hotel is lovely and clean - cheap drinks and the food was amazing!! Lots of choice and the staff in the restaurant were all super lovely too! We enjoyed the food every day! Lots of selection! We had a front facing room but didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise as the window when closed made the outside quiet. English TV channels - lovely hot shower. Wanted to stay here for Christmas this year but unfortunately closed for renovation. Will 100% stay here again - great location!!"

"Our room was not so well cleaned. It was noisy, we heard everything what neighbours do. Inside pool was nice, although the room was too hot and there wasn’t any air. The breakfast was good and all servants were friendly. The view from upper floors is amazing."
