De service op zich was prima, hoewel ze de indruk achterlaten dat het hen niet veel uitmaakt of je er wel of niet bent. Ze voeren in principe alleen de noodzakelijke taken uit, zoals het aanmaken van je pasje, maar er straalt niet echt vriendelijkheid vanaf. Dit is op zich niet erg, want we komen hier niet voor het persoonlijke contact. Toch zou het welkomstgevoel of de bereidheid om iets extra's te doen, vooral omdat we met een baby reizen, gewaardeerd worden. Ik had van tevoren om een campingbedje gevraagd, maar ze hebben er verder niet meer naar geïnformeerd of iets over gezegd. Gelukkig had ik er zelf een meegenomen, omdat ik niets van hen had vernomen.
Ik vond de kussens echt waardeloos, ze waren zo dun als een 2 euro munt. Bovendien was de houder van de douche in de badkamer kapot of versleten. We moesten de douchekop zelf vasthouden, wat behoorlijk onhandig kan zijn. Daarnaast deed de minikoelkast het niet, wat ook een beetje teleurstellend was voor het geval je 's avonds of 's nachts iets kouds wilde drinken.
Ontbijt en locatie vonden we erg goed, wij zullen als het zo uitkomt zeker terug komen!

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement 4 étoiles situé à proximité de la place Potsdam et bien desservi par les transports en commun.
À mon arrivée, l’accueil fut très froid, vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend de ce type d’établissement,
L’hôtel aurait également besoin d’un gros lifting.
Concernant les services proposés, j’ai pu profiter du sauna mais ses horaires d’ouverture sont très limités (de 17 à 20 heures uniquement),
Pour ce qui est de la chambre, celle-ci était assez grande, la salle d’eau était pourvue d’une baignoire et d’une douche, la literie est de qualité mais les coussins sont à changer au plus vite (beaucoup trop mous)..
Le petit déjeuner, lui, était de bonne qualité.

Fantastic hotel, particularly if attending events at the Tempodrom. 15 minute walk to Brandenburg gate and attractions close by. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern.
Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of food and drink including freshly made eggs.
Our only complaint would be that the sauna is only open from 5pm til midnight, not during the day. Overall a great stay,
