The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant. Overall, highly recommended as a base in Berlin."

"My Berlin nightmare happened right here. I urge anyone booking this hotel to be extremely careful with their luggage. While on a business trip to Germany, my backpack, containing my passport, laptop, some cash, and a charger, was stolen from the hotel lobby around 2:40 PM on the day of my return flight. Yes, just a few hours before boarding, right in the hotel lobby! The lobby is completely open-plan, with many people coming and going, so there are professional thieves targeting your belongings! There are many pickpockets in this area, and the environment is quite chaotic (though some might find it lively). If you don't want to end up like me, having to delay your return by 1-2 days, please be very careful of the people around you, or book a hotel in a safer environment. I hope the hotel can address the security issues in the lobby, otherwise, these kinds of problems will definitely continue to occur!"
