"I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping manager. He was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was in order, offering help whenever needed, and genuinely caring about the guest experience. His warm and proactive approach made a significant difference during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the high standard of hygiene was clearly maintained throughout. The restaurant, however, was more average. While the food was decent, the variety was somewhat limited and did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the facilities, I was quite disappointed. The gym itself is very impressive and well-equipped, but access to it is not included within the standard hotel area, which made it inconvenient to use. This was particularly frustrating, as I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a gym. Unfortunately, this limitation negatively impacted my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning in the future—hopefully with a better deal that reflects the overall value more accurately."

"No complementary water in the room. The lounge access was expensive, and did not have much in terms of choices of beverages and looked shabby. They are in the midst of renovating/relocating the lounge, based on some posters, so it may improve in the future? Did not allow earlier check in, though they allowed the luggage to be deposited until then. Breakfast spread was good, but no rotation, and same throughout the 4 mornings I stayed. Location is good, near museum island and shopping and historical landmarks."

The shower was very good, loved the room! Location: Just 15 mins walking from main station and Friedrichstrasse. around Oranienburgerstrasse lots of nice restaurants and cafes, also only 5/10 mins walking! Also to Hackischer Markt close walking. Trams/subway in front! Breakfast: Loved the restaurant and the breakfast was so good!"

"The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant. Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel."

My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"This place was honestly a solid find. The room was super comfortable and it was clean. The lobby has this really nice, open feel with great interior design, so just hanging out there for a few minutes was a vibe. And the views outside the hotel are lovely, especially around sunset. There's a train station across the river, and a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. Super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack. Overall, it's a chill, no-drama stay. Comfy, clean, nice views, and practical. Would definitely come back."
