Location was amazing and very helping staff. Room size was bit smaller than i expected however it had everything we need. It was a perfect budgeted stay.

It was clean and cozy. It’s recommended for families and friends travelers as it is very close to many places you need to visit in Berlin.

Great location

Everything was comfortable near the station. The people at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all friendly. The red wine cork didn't open, so I asked the front desk and they kindly opened it for me. Thank you 🙏

The location of the hotel is good, close to the tourist attractions.

The hotel is next to Hitler's bunker, where Hitler spent his last days. There are embassies of various countries next to it, so there is nothing to say about the location. The room is a bit cold at night, maybe there is no heating ^_^

Very central, room a bit small but everything ok

It was originally the one that was the main fire, but it was closed due to the epidemic, so I switched to this one. The surrounding is very quiet, the uncle at the front desk is also very good in English, and the room is clean. But what is not very comfortable is that the waiter started cleaning early in the morning, the vacuum cleaner was very loud, and even opened the door directly to come in before nine o'clock... The check-out time is 11:00 noon, and the check-in time is 2:00 p.m. It is necessary to do so In a hurry to clean up?

Pros: Perfect location. Great area with lits of restaurants and sights. Metro nearby. Small but neat rooms. Extremely quiet. Good value for money. Cons: Hardly any service. Shampoo container in shower was empty. No cleaning service during our 2 nights stay? Breakfast room looked dull so we opted out.

We had a good time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect for taking public transit to everywhere. The restaurants around are very nice with many varieties. We were staying on the 1st floor but we did not hear nosies at night. It was very quiet. The shower was quite small but worked well, especially when the toilet bowl & sink were all separated. When we were not sure how to go to the airport through the train, the receptionist gave us good suggestions which was better than Google! We were not sure why… we saw a police car or some policemen at the entrance whenever we entered or exited the hotel. That gives us an extra assurance that we are in a safe place.

We arrived late in the evening to learn the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. We did not have any prior notice that the elevator was out of service.. The elevator was not working during my entire stay. (2 nights/3 days) I have a broken arm and was stuck carrying my luggage up and down stairs. The staff did not do one thing to compensate for this huge inconvenience. The room was simple and clean but, very basic. I would never stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel was lovely, went for xmas market and this hotel was in walking distance to main one at radio tower, staff were nice and rooms were good clean and comfy, breakfast was buffet style or there is a nice bakery five mins away. The tour bus is great you can hop on and off all day

Lovely hotel in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes walk from the train station and the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate. The main street that runs from the train station to the hotel is lined with restaurants, but also many of the side streets also have restaurants that are worth exploring.

Location: "Close to everything". No parking, so you have to use a garage near by, it is nice hotel, very helpful, polite and unintrusive staff. All public connections are fairly close. I missed a fridge in my room.
