Grand Hotel Berlin urban has aircon and the reception is nice!

The hotel room is very small and no have water and teeth brush also washing room is very small and expensive so I suggest to book another hotel

Really close to the metro station and bus stops . Very convenient location. Lots of cheap food options nearby. Amazing staff at the reception.

Slight confusion upon arrival regarding booking confirmation. However that was swiftly dealt with. Room was clean, quiet and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice location, easy transportation to airport and sights. Plenty of kebab shops in the local area with useful supermarkets.

Great experience, You can have a private area with 50 eu. But the room is A bit unventilated

You have to bring your own towel, soap and shampoo because they don’t provide that for you or you can buy it from the front or supermarket nearby but the room is good

There is no dorm for females and I was in a mixed dorm with three other guys. the bed is not very clean, the room is tiny and overall I would say it’s just acceptable for this price. Location wise it’s ideal.

Early check-in is not possible. There were no towels provided. If you are staying in a shared room, you will have to find your own bed after checking in.

The youth hostel staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are very clean and safe. The transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the city center attractions.

The environment is very good. It's close to the exit of the subway station. I will choose here next time in Berlin.

with 2 underground and some bus lines right in front of the door. Boredom can never come up here! Despite the fact that life is raging around the clock at Hermannplatz, you have peace and quiet with the windows closed. The staff is friendly and helpful
